You consistently deliver my packages to the neighbors house!!! My house is clearly marked, but I have to constantly go up to my neighbors house in front of mine and get them! This time I have to carry a BBQ back to my house because your drivers can't figure this out! I would give a 0 stars if I could.

Horrible company with many issues

Ship a package on 25th July and was told it would reach Thurs or Fri. Nothing was delivered and unable to see any updates and today is Sat 30th after paying for Express service, their is very poor and I will never us their services again. They do not deserve any star but can't submit without a star

Delivery date was supposed to be 7/27 . It’s 7/30 package in Georgia. I’m in Indiana. Never use FedX again.

Excellent, easy and friendly tracking information..

Ordered a patio set on line, they shipped it from California to Missouri the chairs showed up 2 days ago No table. The table went to Oklahoma (north east corner borders Missouri) then it went to Mississippi and now it's in Louisiana. Still no table. No one has an idea when it's going to show up.

Very bad service, I disappointed, since 15 days waiting for my parcel still haven't received it. FEDEX Is the Worst courier in the world.

Not sure what happen to FedEx. They used to be the best. Now I have to say they have slipped to last. Even amazon and usps seems better anymore. They lose my stuff when it showed up its damaged. I know stuff happens but seems over the last year or so. FedEx is slow, unreliable and always late. Hope someone high up in company reads this and changes business plan.

Horrible service. Package delayed 5 days without explanation. Customer service lie to get you off the phone. That is if you can get through. Use UPS
