Keep losing my package..

Pack was due yesterday. Fed X truck showed up we went out to talk to them man had our address listed but package was not on his truck. Called Walmart due by 3 today. We will see it it show up

Expected delivery last Wednesday after checking to see if I missed delivery I was home the rest of the day no one rang the doorbell till 11:07 pm I was in bed by the time I got to the door no one was there but there was a tag there saying I missed the delivery. I work and can’t be home all the time waiting for a delivery. When I finally got my medicine this Monday it was not cold which means it was spoiled. I notified the pharmacy they told me not to use the medication and shipped out a new shipment that was supposed to be here today Friday before 12 PM I have been sitting here all day it’s after 12 PM and my package is not here yet I have other things to do today that are just as important as this package and I can’t sit here all day I’ve been on there tracking my package and it keeps telling me the same thing that’s gonna be delivered before 12 PM and I want my medication I don’t wanna have to call the pharmacy again to tell me to tell them that I did not receive it that’s why I don’t even want to give you any stars you should you deserve zero stars for your service thank you

This is one of the sorriest delivery services that I have ever seen I would never order nothing from this place again I have never seen a place of damn ignorant about sending things

Ordered part on Monday received Friday. Said 3-5 days. No issues.

hate FedEx. never use. they are stupid Nd ignorant my package has been at their facility since 8. its fine time I reviewed it do ur drivers not drive fedex???

Unfortunately, my order that was for my son's birthday will not arrive on time and he was very important for the party!!

Poor service my packages never arrive to my house

Great delivery for part of way for my package. It made it from Tacoma, WA. To Ft. Worth, Tx. Which is thousands of miles in three days time. Ft. Worth is 150 miles from my house and I have been waiting for 5 days for shipment. When I enter tracking number it shows that it departed Ft. Worth but no information after that. The original tracking information said it would be delivered by 7:30 PM of July 25 but today is 29 and nothing yet.

Seems to be updated almost immediately, where abouts of your package is easy to follow

Package not delivered on time.

Back in the beginning of March, I received a 50 pound box, and it was dropped directly in front of my door didn’t get any kind of a knock or a text message and I was in a hurry so that’s my fault but I ran out the front door tripping over that big box. Smash my head on the ground got a blackeye smashed my glasses and screwed up my wrist I would never go out of my way for FEDEX again ever. And at one of their local stores I got really really terrible service the people didn’t know what they were doing.

My package was supposed to take 4 days. Its been 8 days. Not to mention, it's been in the same place for 5 days now.

FedEx Express parcel from Eindhoven to Krefeld (±120km). It was send to France, Spain, back to France, to GERMANY. This bullsh.. took around 3 weeks and express?!! Those responsible don't even send an excuse or some such . FedEx guys!!! You better stop working in express logistics. 3384km the parcel was send through Europe for a way from Eindhoven to Krefeld. Why not change your Name to Snail Mail, or Forever Mail, or Money waster, and of course Polutionist. My client canceld because of your miserable service. You are a waste of time and Money!!!!

I don’t often use FedEx. But at a Kiosk I two widely different experiences. One agent stated I wrapped my package with brown (grocery store) paper. I stated I had not and showed her the remaining roll I purchased THERE!!! The other Kiosk the lady saw my package would not be accepted due to it being jammed thru the sorting process. So she took upon herself to rewrap my parcel and ensure it’s delivery to Milwaukee Tool company. This is the FedEx I remember now. Not the previous bone head statement from the first person.
