The most incompetent company I have ever worked with. Delivered a $500 package to wrong address 7 days ago. Every day they claim I will be receiving my package, every day no delivery. I have called so often I just about know my tracking number by heart. This company has no clue what customer service is and could care less if customers receive their shipments. Use any other company!!!!!

Truck drivers are the worse they don't try and contact the person who they suppose to deliver to. Like a phone call or signature they take somebody's word for it and leave. Same thing with Amazon

Waited in all day as updates kept stating in transit to be delivered before 6pm. No updates from Fed Ex. I had to keep requesting status updates. All confirmed delivery today so I waited all day in the house. I requested a delivery update at 6.35pm to learn that my parcel was back at the depot. Simply appalling. It doesn’t say am or pm when it says the time also it doesn’t say if it arrived or is arriving in whatever place it says so it just has the name of a place and says 1015 i dont know if it means Pm or am or if it arrived there at am or is arriving at pm also i dont know if it’s arriving to me from the place it says at pm or if they’re talking about something else
