Stop delaying my stuff.. ive been waiting on this package for the past 3 weeks now.

My husband has a cancer drug fedexed every month he depends on a company like fedex to be reliable but found that not to be so, the driver said he stopped and we were not home and that simply was not true.we waited all day and he didn’t show, you all need to do better lives depend on you.

Tracking number is 275817459725. Dear Fedex! I and another person have been in the house all day today. No one rang the doorbell or the phone. An e-mail message arrived at 3.33 p.m. about the arrival of my goods. I looked at the tracking. It is indicated that it was delivered at 1.36. p.m. From 12.53 a.m. to 1.44 p.m.at home i called during 50 min. After this I went to shop. However, there is no big size product near 1.36 p.m. and all day as Fedex tracking time 1.36 p.m. I saw Fedex car in 400 m from my home near 2 p.m. after 10 min from my home. Other person was all day in home. What to do?

This is the second time in a row they have misdelivered my package. Would not use them for anything important if anything at all.

Right now I would not even give them 5 stars . So I been waiting on my medication since last week Thursday 7-21 today is Wendsday7-27. I have never wiped pn meds this long shure glad it's not a emergency. It sucks cus we are under quarantine for another week,but I will find somone else to pick it up for us if this happend again.

It’s been more than a week no updates on my shipping and when I called the representative gave me a number to check it out with, but the number is NOT in service…. Today is July 26 and my package was in shipping since July 7??

Not sure whom have they delivered. Now I have to know each and every neighbor to check if they have received my package. Addition to that it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I had a GP appointment today and they never called me or informed me that they have delivered to someone. Now i believe why their rating is so bad.

Not good at all. I thought FedEx was quick and fast. I was meant to get my document from the 22nd July. Still have not arrived

i payed already 50€ for the shipment and now they want +18.50€ for the taxes which i didnt know about. if i knew i obviously wouldnt buy it. its more than the actual thing i bought?? and then i payed for it but now theres another problem why are you making this so hard?!? i actually wanna sue you

Never had an issue with FedEx. Staff in Nassau provide exellent customer service. Their tracking and notification service is off the chain. Other courier services don't come close in my opinion!

You terrible customer service and you delivered my package to the wrong house and my name was on it correctly as well as my address and I still never got it. You have terrible service and no even cared at all. Worst service ever and I will share with everyone I know!!!

Very bad. 22nd of May we did parcel from surat and still it's not reached at Australia.
