Ordered my product on July 19th and expected delivery was July 23rd. Now there is a pending delivery date 7 days later. No contact from customer service. Very poor communication and work ethic.

My package was supposed to arrive by 5pm a driver pulled up to my home looking in his truck for 20 mins not delivering anything and then left fed x is the worse
DELAYED 3 DAYS ARRIVEBROKEN
Ordered window AC unit from Home Depot. Promised Delivery by Friday. Not received until Sunday late morning. Shipping box had a modest size gouge in it. Sure enough once opened I found case severely dented. The thin cooling fins of the evaporator bent. Called HD who arranged to have the AC picked up. It was picked up 5 minutes ago.

Was suppose to recieve my package, Saturday July 23 and now there is no date. Very frustrating!! My package had been held at 2 various locations for 2 to 3 days each.

-2 Stars our of 5 might be an appropriate rating for the miserable customer service I received. Calling, texting, emails, and I cannot get my package. It was sent on July 18th, 2022, today is July 26th, 2022, and I am receiving different information where the package is located. I am angry and frustrated, and I would not recommend FedEx to anyone who cares about customer service or speedy delivery. God bless. Dr. Lea

I sold a dress on Facebook. The woman Pparently sent the money in a parcel for the dress yo be picked up. I was told I had to pay the insurance. I paid £47.37 by PayPal then j get a nessage fromm FedEx and buyer that they need more money as it didn't go through. If I don't get a refund I will be taking this as far as I can
