The packages are supposed to be delivered in front of the door, but they left my package outside the office and someone could have stolen it, thanks to some people I was able to recover it, they need to be more responsible! Because we don't pay so that you don't do the job well.

If it was possible I would give 0 stars. Package sent priority overnight, arrived 4 days later with contents totally ruined. (Perishable food)

Got a door notice Thurs about missed delivery saying can pick up next day after 3. When I called to see if I could p/u Sat, auto system said being delivered Fri by 5. Spoke with a rep, neither true, in a warehouse and he sent req for it to get delivered today. No delivery, and no ETA for delivery. Frustrating.

Package sent priority overnight on 7/21/2022 from Nashville. Arrived in Atlanta on 7/21/2022,sat there 3 days until it was delivered on 7/25/2022 totally ruined. Perishable food, packed in a Styrofoam shipping carton with freezer packs that melted from sitting for three days so the food was spoiled. Apparently "overnight" means 4 days.

Delivered a 500$ package to the wrong house, and than after that delivered another 300$ package to the wrong house within the same month.

Wish I could leave zero stars. My parcel was supposed to arrive within 2 days. It was supposed to come from California up to Vancouver Island in BC. It went all over the US AND Canada! It is now 3 days late and is literally sitting locked up 2.5 km away from me and has been handed over for an even worse company for delivery (Canada Post). After lying to the automated system so I can talk to someone, that's how I found out it went to crappy Canada post! At least when fedex had it, there was a chance of it eventually getting delivered. Now who knows which part of Canada (IF it's lucky), it will end up at!

I'm only giving a one star because there is no option for a zero rate. They have my first package still haven't had a explanation. Order the same package again still hasn't been delivered. Unfortunately it's the seller who choses the delivery service otherwise, I would never use fedex ever again.
