Utter rubbish. So many delays and when you try to contact them about what's causing the delay they can't give a proper answer. I'm supposed to receive my package on a certain day but instead it gets delayed because the centre was closed, however I had the option to drive an hour through 2 tolls to come pick it up instead of it being delivered to me that day. That makes no sense.

All other major delivery companies allow you to see the delivery vehicle on a GPS map. FedEx does not. Being an amputee, it takes me extra time to prepare to receive a delivery. Where the delivery person sets that delivery is usually where it has to remain until I can get some help to move it, so I must meet the delivery person at the time of delivery in order to get it into my home. GPS tracking assists me greatly in doing so. Please FedEx, give us that capability.

I needed a B&B for my son health condition but FedEx field to deliver it and right now they have to send it back to the sender and I feel bad are we going to pay another money to to deliver item to Ghana cuz I feel bad that and I supposed to do was to Ghana has ended up in the UK but on the receipt I have Ghana my address and everything on it that one item that dress is different how come the UK faults the item is from the US I bring the US FedEx he did a bad job

I order packages a lot, most of the clothes I own are off online stores! I have had FedEx deliver one before and my package came just fine. Sadly today my package of clothes came damaged… there was a hole in the packaging and on the packaging that the pants were inside had a hole as well. It looked like a dog had tore it open. Both of the pants I got were wet… I’m not sure if this is the company I ordered from fault or FedEx’s but overall it kinda upset me.

I have no idea what kind of GPS they use to find addresses but I can’t get a direct delivery for nothing! This is my 2nd delivery. The first, I gave up and went to pick it up. This one is on its 3rd day. The first day, the driver said he came at 7pm but the BUSINESS was closed! It was my home and I had the door open waiting for it! The second day, it said it was delayed and now the third day, apparently it’s on the truck, but the map shows the truck is in the Bow River!!!! Useless!

Ordered an electronic bike with a lcd screen that arrived through FedEx, completely shattered. Ordered prescription glasses that was delivered through FedEx to some address in a different city. You might want to train your drivers to give a damn about their job.
