Too slow. Packages seems to get stocked in Georgia for weeks delaying deliveries for months. Unacceptable?

Piss poor company. They say they attempted to deliver at 5:38 am. .. nobody gets delivery that early in the morning. I was home on three of their so called attempt's but they never showed up at all. Said delivery would be between 11:30 - 3:40 ... No show. I had to drive four hours round trip fifty five miles away to get my package. Never use FedEx.. No Stars

0 star for FedEx because an item supposed to send from USA to Ghana but it ended in a UK because the person sending the item on send me the picture of the receipt on the receipt we have Ghana on the receipt but on the tracking information nice that the item should be delivered to a person in the GB meaning Great Britain but my address is on it and where I live is on it so they can check the map and locate that place and forward my item to Ghana but no they have to send the item back to the US and I have to wait for another month and this is an health issue that I needed the boots for my baby to correct his feet I feel sad I feel very sad because I have to wait for another month too bad FedEx you could have check on the world map to locate the address the delivery point on the receipt of the centre has Ghana on the tracking system it doesn't have Ghana on the tracking data when I track my item too bad

Could not give any stars my package was supposed to be here yesterday and now won't be here till Friday. NO UPDATES ON TRACKING!!!! Still showing it is in Tennessee

Really bad service. They give me a date they will arrive already three times,never showed up with my package.

I give absolutely no stars for this less than competent NON delivery service. I wish that vendors would choose other services to deliver their products, because FedEx is the worst. It made me choose at least one star, but they don't deserve even one.

I went to the store 0188 this morning July 20- 2022 .I asked Michael could he make copies of important information and old pictures of my family roots. When I saw the results of his work ,very professional and so clear. The people at fedex deserve excellence in the best work ,I have ever seen.Thank You so very much

I ordered a package a long time ago and since it is close to my house and but they don't deliver it to me and they set a delivery date later they change it for the next day, this is not a game, they should be more responsible and work.

It's pathetic delivery system service, the shipment was started from India on 25 Jun 22 finally reached to destination on 20 Jul. After so many unwanted hurdles & query almost of one month time they have delivered my shipment. I don't know how they are managing like this, might be using bulockart or something worsen then that. Total bad & poor experience and worsen courrier service. Not Recommendable for others too.

This is the most efficient day by service provided for family's help build America ...As a ex Army Engineer,our sacrifice's to make this the land of the free is appreciated in these times... Sincerely a honorable Service member
