Piss poor customer service!!!! You might try getting someone who can at least speak english well enough so that they can be understood!!!! I will never use this service again if I can avoid it!!!!!!!

My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday and it doesn’t look like it’s going to be here today

Fedex employ drivers just to drive their cars not to deliver the packages people are waiting for. Just slap a notice on the door and don't even attempt to brig that packages. Attention to managers of Fedex.

I just do not learn! Paid a small fortune to get my daughter’s 7lb package to her in 3 days only to have package ‘delayed’….no estimated date/time either….NEVER use Fed-X again?

My package was supposed to be today! Showing it is still in CA! Has not moved!? Now they are saying tomorrow! We will see!!

One star is too much: Better -1 or -2 stars. Delay after delay. The worst service. I've been waiting over 4 days for a distance of 60 kilometres from my home. Never again!!

I haven't had a problem with FEDEX. Considering the amount of people ordering everything from home I'm surprised they can keep up. I still prefer them over the Post Office. Keep your expectations to a minimum and you'll be fine.

great company works really hard to satisfy there customers. and they do 100% plus satisfy above and beyond

I ordered a live plant from Home Depot online in 7-4-22. It was to be delivered by 7-8-22. It has not come and I cant find any tracking info by FedEx. Its going to be dead by the time, if it comes, it gets delivered.

Keeping a package in a warehouse location is horrible! The package never should have had a signature. Nordstrom blamed FedEx, FedEx blamed Nordstrom and neither could get a signature removed from a package shipped by Nordstrom which never should have had a signature on it. An idiotic store apparently put it on their from CA. The fact that FedEx couldn’t be helpful when they are the shipping company is plain sad! To get to warehouse it cost $14 for a ferry ticket with 20 min of time then the warehouse is 45 min from marina location on main land…does that seem helpful????

Service is crazy ordered shoes on July 2nd it's the 19th still nothing says tracking # is invalid so idk what to do or where my package is very disappointed so far

Every package I ever get from FedEx is multiple days late. Avoid using them at all costs.

I ordered a Parton July 10 fedex said they delivered it I watch on my home camera there was no delivery so the company resent the part after three days hassle with fedex not the part says it’s in independence Ky and for the last two days says out for delivery then they change it to an exception occurred scheduled for next business day I need that part

My only complaint is that if I work every day, how do I sign for a delivery?
