I don’t even know how you guys can stay in business. I have talked to nine different people from July 6th through July 18th. Told them specially what they needed to do to pick up my package. I have even set up times for them to pick it up, because they are not competent to do it there selves. The company that has the package has specific rules for pick up. They have one more try tomorrow the 20th at 1pm, if it doesn’t happen this time I’m hiring a different company. It would be faster and probably cheaper for me to take a plane from Michigan to Las Vegas and get it myself.

Worst service I have ever had. Paid extra for fast delivery and I still don't have my package.

Just looked at where my package was. It left roswell, nm and is now in Memphis. I live in alberquerqe. 200 miles away and they sent it to Memphis? WTF

I have been waiting for my packages for three days...... still in transit...... terrible service.

Your tracking is pathetic I don't know if the item is still in China FedEx is a disgrace

The service is not good . I lost my package from the Philippines a month ago and until now they could not find it.

I see all the complaints about FedEx and I highly agree. Just 2 weeks ago I had a very expensive massager go to my neighbors house instead of my house. Luckily the neighbor knows me being I just moved into the 55 community. I'm supposed to get a cabinet delivered today from Wayfare. As of 7pm today I still don't have it, it's somewhere between Edison NJ and coming to me in Toms River. FedEx really socks royally.

What a tragedy to contract FedEx. Nobody knows about my package and the delay to deliver ir seems problem of other carrier

My packages are in transit in chatworth I should have gotten it today...
