Delay after delay. Ridiculous service

Worst carrier ever and I will not be using them again. If company shipping my item doesn’t allow for any other carrier, I will take my business elsewhere. This company is owned and operated outside the US and speaking with a non scripted person was unheard of. Very unprofessional. My package sat in one place for 3 days with nothing but a scripted “Sorry” I ended up canceling order. I worked from home and sat and watched UPS be about business delivering 2-3 times in 1 day consistently throughout the 3-4 days passed my delivery date with FedEx. I will definitely be requesting my carrier in the future with UPS being at the top of the list

Sat by the door awaiting a knock. After a while I checked the door only to find a slip on the door. Neighbor said they saw the delivery driver who didn't even have the package with them, they just came up to the door with the slip already filled out. Classic FedEx. Maybe if the company gave their drivers reasonable deadlines, they wouldn't have to fake a delivery attempt just to scrape by. Horrible company, but the alternatives aren't any better.

I was insulted by an employee at Williamsville , New York location. I was sending pkg to my relative in Nigeria . The nice female FedEx employee assisting me was very helpful and kind . I'm handicapped and I appreciated her assistance. One of her coworkers at next computer overheard my pkg was going to Nigeria and he loudly stated so everyone in store could hear," 80% of pkgs to Nigeria are scams ! " How insulting to a loyal FedEx customer!!! That statement is inaccurate and not supported by facts. He is ignorant and I feel sorry that his misinformation is perpetuated by FedEx. His statement is not supported by fact and truly insulted me as a customer. Besides being insensitive and ignorant such low IQ FedEx employees such as this guy only serve to insult customers and make for a poor customer experience. It made me feel my business is not appreciated. My high exorbitant shipping costs pay this bad employees wages and benefits. Incredible .

Customer service has definitely declined. Tracking is bad. Pkgs remain at hubs for too long. There's a lag in updates . I'm disappointed but nobody cares. I spoke to a guy in International pkgs and he told me my pkg was ahead of schedule and would be delivered earlier than originally stated. That was a lie. Tracking needs to be more accurate and specific. Why is map only showing each hub ? It used to show complete pkg route including delivery point. Now it only shows each leg of journey. I thought businesses were supposed to exceed customer expectations not disappoint them. The problem is nobody cares about the customer experience anymore.

Horrible company who shouldt exist . My parcel should be with me 10 days ago and still not here , no answer for my question about where it is . Paid for 7 days delivery ,its already much longer and no info . Not recommended at all .First and last time I use it

FedEx tracking is terrible. According to tracking the package set at a terminal for 3days. Usually the package is late. Looks like FedEx tries to see how many miles they can put on the package before it is delivered.
