Fedex is absolutely the worst it’s always a delay with my orders my package is almost a week late

Ordered July 5,2022 it’s now July 17 and my package hasn’t moved for 9 days. Way past delivery and I paid express shipping. Still no package or explanation.

11 days now no delivery...... Very annoyed

This package went out on July 7,2022 paid for overnight, still haven't got it. It's July 17. 2022 keep giving me excuses.

The driver went over and above our expectations from a delivery service, he came to our side gate to make sure someone knew that the package was delivered, which was greatly appreciated.

Worst service..my item pickedup from my home and after that the tracking details not updated .Now item is not delivered and FedEx not responding properly about the package.It was $500 item, now I am struggling to get my money back.

No movement on package since 7/13. Ridiculously inefficient.

A mattress was supposed to be delivered today. I was signed up for text notifications, but heard nothing. After much searching, I learned it is sitting in a warehouse with no delivery date. The package with pillows, sheets and mattress pad arrived two days ago. Very disappointed in FedEx.

Overnight delivered from Mpls to SF - on time?

Horrible. My package arrived 2 days earlier at a facility and got my hopes it thinking it would arrive early. They supposedly said they tried to deliver out package 3 times and in 2 times they "tried" I was home all day and there was never a knock or a paper about the package. Checked my cameras and a fedex truck never passed by my home. My package keeps getting delayed so I requested a local pickup and they supposedly are sending my package there but it's been 2 days and it hasn't been confirmed. It's been more than a week and it hasn't arrived. I'm so frustrated.

Worst service ever and worst customer service..they only listen but never work on lost shipment.. i am tied of calling and complaining them

Shipping is terrible! Takes to long to receive package. The package sits for days at one location

Terrible service. Been nearly a week to send a dry ice package as international priority.

Missed delivery date by 7 days. Took 8 days to go the first 900 miles then took 2 days to go the last 900 miles and be delivered?????

Before package arrived on time but now takes 2 day delay..
