Fedex is absolutely the worst it’s always a delay with my orders my package is almost a week late

The driver went over and above our expectations from a delivery service, he came to our side gate to make sure someone knew that the package was delivered, which was greatly appreciated.

A mattress was supposed to be delivered today. I was signed up for text notifications, but heard nothing. After much searching, I learned it is sitting in a warehouse with no delivery date. The package with pillows, sheets and mattress pad arrived two days ago. Very disappointed in FedEx.

Horrible. My package arrived 2 days earlier at a facility and got my hopes it thinking it would arrive early. They supposedly said they tried to deliver out package 3 times and in 2 times they "tried" I was home all day and there was never a knock or a paper about the package. Checked my cameras and a fedex truck never passed by my home. My package keeps getting delayed so I requested a local pickup and they supposedly are sending my package there but it's been 2 days and it hasn't been confirmed. It's been more than a week and it hasn't arrived. I'm so frustrated.
