It's a day late and it's 4pm now and it says my package is still 5 hours away terrible service ups and USPS gonna be 2 days late prolly won't even receive til Monday since it's Saturday and I needed this package it's my pets antibiotics

Paid for a 3 days service from Jamaica to Frankfurt Germany from the 5,7,2022 Now it's 16,07,2022 and I still haven't gotten my package need my package and compensation

Been waiting for shipment. They said they delivered to front door. NOT at my door. Re-ordered. Waited again for 5 days with a delay. Said delivered at front door. I was at home. NOT! I saw them leave. Walked out to my mailbox at street and there was the package. ?. Never got 1st package.

Too slow, updated tracking is at best 2 days behind. Very little effort given by local drivers to locate address. No notices given when a delivery has been attempted. Most of the time they just leave it at the local drop site with no notification that they have done that.

It is the worst delivery company! It is not the first time that a package has been lost! they do not communicate anything! other companies if they could not leave the package, notify and say the day they will return! This company DOES NOT DO IT! THEY LOST A PACKAGE AGAIN!

This was the worse ever. They said package was delivered at front door. NOT! Never found package. Pre-ordered item. Package said again delivered at front door. NOT! Went to get mail at mail box on street. There is the package.

Got 24-hour delivery service text sent in the morning at 8 saying it was being delivered that day waited all day day for it to come when found out the change the day and now it will take 4 days what a joke of a system and wondering if I'll get my money back for the 24-hour service they didn't provide

If I could give them a half of star I would they can my delivery then the next day they gave my package too the wrong person which I still do not have I spoke to 3 different mangers fedex really do not care about our packages drivers or even worse

FedEx is absolutely awful I paid the additional cost to have a package arrive 6-9 days well lone behold it's not here yet been sitting in Memphis Tennessee Since July 10th ?? FedEx FEELS NO COMPENSATION IS ON THERE PART WTH THEY GET PAID THE SHIPPING COST WILL NEVER HAVE THEM DO SHIPPING EVER AGAIN SMDH .. I HIGHLY DOOOOO NOTTTTT RECOMMEND THEM GO TO USPS THERE AMAZING WITH DELIVERYS.

I have never received my delivery on time! It shows out for delivery, then goes back to the facility every single time and I only live 30 minutes away. Wish I could control the delivery service when ordering because I’d never choose them.

Tracking says it was sent back for inspections....a desk...a simple little desk and I waited home all day to accept delivery and it never showed.
