Your info on my package is so messed up I see the truck is in Reno I hope my is here today because your company has a way of making your updates so damn confusing what weather delay 60 miles from my house had my packe delayed. There was no possible weather condition from delaying anything in California the last 3days you are jerks for making it so difficult to receive any usable info or service I rate you one star until you fix your logistics for your customers I am amazed your still in business.

Never follow instructions half the orders never show up and when you report stuff manager doesn't respond promptly . 3 YEARS AGO WE HAD THE BEST DRIVER AND SERVICE SHAME WE haven't seen him he was professional,courteous and honest

The service is pathetic

My parcel is stuck in mississauga from last 8 days but these cs team and credit department didn't take any initiative to call or give any solution. Very ridiculous service of both warehouse and cs team. Every time i call they says they will find the solution.

Been waiting on a parcel from Concord, NC to Woodleaf, NC for 4 days, ridiculous. Understand 2 days for processing, but all they have to do is deliver to local Postal Office, not residential.

I now know why people make preferences and are ugh about this carrier. I will start being that “Extra” customer because My preference will now be UPS as I have watched them consistently show up 1-2 times a day in my complex so no reason FEDEX should be dragging their feet and sending you off shore to hear the rep read a script over and over like a record never getting the point nor providing any solution. My order has been on the truck out for delivery than back to the station 2 days in a row with today being the 3rd. My advice, “Read the reviews and be choosey”

It took approximately 24 hours to let me know package had been delivered. I wish the company had used UPS, a far far better choice!

I received text package would be delivered on Thursday. It was not delivered, and there is apparently no way to get information on package. Virtual assistant is frustrating and worthless. On Friday, it continues to tell me my package will arrive on Thursday by 8 pm.

Absolutely horrible slow timing didn’t receive my package in time for my vacation :( it been shipped out over a week now
