Mailed a package from Alexandria Louisiana to Mississippi and they sent it to Oregon..still floating around in oaks land

My package was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago and it's been sitting in the same state for more than 2 days

The slowest service never seen

Evetytime I get a package from FedEx it goes out for delivery but gets put on delay for days. I am out in the country and they do have to drive approx 2 miles yo deliver but I am needing my packages. If I could have everything delivered UPS I would do it.

FedEx has truly impressed me lately and tracking info is quick as well as accurate. 2 times this year I’ve received a package from a vendor in China to my office in the US within 4 days. Outstanding!

Worst service ever they will want you to pay for answers as to where your package is.

Favourite shipping company. Largely due to the staff, always very helpful and understanding. Especially the Winnipeg FedEx by the airport!

Your delivery person delivered my package to a different address tracking number means nothing at this point. I don’t feel like it’s my responsibility to ask everyone in my neighborhood if they have my package, plus I can’t connect with customer service.

My package was shipped out July 6th, left Ohio and went to Kentucky, then Texas. Was shipped back to Ohio, now back in Kentucky. I live in Delaware and here we are 8 days later and still no package! USPS could of walked a package quicker than this. I don't know what the delays are with FedEx but they are becoming unreliable for anything lately

This was an awful experience. My package was never delivered to the destination. They said they called several times for the package to be delivered, which was not true. My understanding is they expected the receiver to drive hundreds of miles to pick up the package. When this did not happen they decided to return it to the sender. The package was originally sent on June 16th and the sender has still not received it. It cost a lot of money to send this package and it never got there. I have phoned FedEx International several times and they keep telling me I will hear from somebody and I never do. I will never use FedEx again. This has been such a bad experience and when the agents cannot answer my questions they hang up on me.

Says my package was delivered yesterday at 12:14 but it was not delivered to my house I was here I’d like to know where my package went I’m so upset

I had a package that I received was never open I sent it back in the original box they then returned the package back to me a week later in a different box when I opened the box they had repackaged the box inside I received my package damaged. The box that was inside the box was ripped. I have never seen anything like this. Remember this package had never been open when returned to FedEx it was in the original box that was sent to me and not was wrong with the old box

Our package says out for delivery for a week now then about 6pm says its delayed til next day

Slowest shipping ever, really going down hilli ordered this same product a few months ago and got it in 3 days this time took 8 days, terrible
