Slowest service EVER! 8 days from Kansas to Delaware is ridiculous!

I have not received any package since they were shipped out one week ago. Is it FedEx shipping？

I have been waiting a long time for my order to arrive and it is already delayed for more than a month, terrible service.

I can't call and have the package that was ordered by mistake cancelled. For some reason only the shipper can do that so now I have to hope I'm home to refuse delivery or I have to get a shipping label to ship it back and have it refunded. It would be so much easier to just let me cancel the stupid thing.

I should be working for FedEx,this company is great ?

Quality of service is declining. Not enough persons working in the office. Long wait for service. Guy was doing is best but it was not good enough, the wait is too long.

Fed Ex, what a train wreck.

I received my package damaged. The box that was inside the box was ripped. I have never seen anything like this. My son told me the man was carrying the box by its damaged opening. If I could upload photos I would.

Fedex is unreliable for the amount it charges. I'll think twice before I use it again. For the second time in a row my package did not make it on time. The shipment cost is ridiculous. And the projected arrival date does not sound like it's courier service.

My Package has been in Tennessee for 2 days now..Why?

My package has been sitting in Dallas for 10 days! Why? Why!!! My order was a backorder since February! Now it sits around until they decide to put it in their truck... What in hell has happened to having pride in a job well done? ?

I have ordered a pair of shoes on june 24th. it says my package has been stuck in this location for almost two weeks now… still wondering why i haven’t gotten my package delivered?

Says my package was delivered, sure it was, but not to me. Someone else has my delivery. Don’t they match tracking numbers to addresses? I’ve been waiting for this package for a week. I’m clearly frustrated!

The absolute worst! Why literally throw a box clearly marked as food and another clearly marked as live plants in the yard, 5 feet from the porch. They landed upside and the contents inside broke. Wish I could post pictures. Lazy, incompetent, untrustworthy.
