I must say FedEx has delivered my letters & packages on time, every time. I live in a very rural area but FedEx drivers always find me & bring parcel to my front door, with or without signature required. Thank you FedEx!

Poor service, we are extremely disappointed, the shipment delayed by FedEx, last 3 days we have been calling and every time new story, the phone lines are super bad, approx 30 minutes to be answered, and suddenly call gets dropped, few of the advisers unnecessarily transferred the calls without, did wanted to deal with the issue. Today we paid the duty, I was promised the delivery will be soon unfortunately, the tracking still not updated ….

Claim they have made final delivery attempt. Pkg requires signature. NEVER called condo to be buzzed in. Wont deliver to another fed ex. 10 yr anniversary gift being returned to sender!

Package has been showing in transit for 3 days and no movement and contacting a live person is impossible!!

Status updates via text are wonderful. My phone went off telling me my package arrived before the driver had gotten back in the truck!

Terrible service, takes so long to deliver, and customer service is awful.

Why when a package is in 2 pieces do fedex only deliver one part then leave you chasing second part on invoice it says 2 items with one number yet deliver man handed me one piece said good luck I went out to van to say we’re is second piece ? He was driving away smh .. So now I have a egg chair I can’t use till I can chase up second part . Phoned fedex was told he wouldn’t contact driver . To do u turn . Why would you deliver half a package ? Rubbish

This is piracy. I sent a package to Poland over a month ago, and they still have not delivered it. I had to give them FULL description of the contents (clothes), sent them the credit card receipts to prove that I bought the stuff, then I had to pay the Polish customs fee ($940!!!), and now, for 20 days, they've been "confirming the status of the wire transfer". The level of incompetence is just amazing.

Absolutely the worst and slowest service ever. Next time I will have Santa deliver. It will still get here six months faster.

Why is my package back in Saint peters Missouri why isnt in champaign illinois ???

So I ordered a motorcycle helmet a week ago. And it’s supposed to be here on the 14th of July. My package has not moved from that Fed-ex location in 4 days! I thought something may have happened to it, so I tried contacting them but I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I can’t imagine someone getting something for their parents, ordering it ahead of time, and expecting it to be here on the date stated. Just to find out that it’s been in the same place for 3 weeks and Dads birthday has already passed, and you’re still waiting on that damn gift.

The worst service ever ordered part from USA still not got them July 12 shipped June 10 . Should of sent pigeon to pick up.

I would like to know if there is any way to have FedEx deliver a package to my front porch. The last two times I had a packages delivered, they were left on the sidewalk in front of my house.

I received two parcels delivered by FedEx a week apart. Both times they were left on the sidewalk in front of my house. I really would appreciate it if the packages were left by my front door on the porch.
