Customer service Sid wouldn't let me speak with a supervisor after asking 3 times and demanding 3 times. Now I can submit this review. Unexpected

Absurd. Simply ridiculously horrible service. Package parked 3 hours away from destination for 3 days. CS says they can't find the information but can still help me. WTF???

Fedex was uncooperative and unconcerned my package was late. Gave me a 6 hour window when it might be delivered. Do not use fedex!!!

Fedex has a sorry delivery record. My package was to be delivered today but wasn't. I spoke with customer service representative Sid. She advised my package was in Fort Worth, TX and might be delivered tomorrow

I was told on Friday that my very expensive medicine would be delivered over nite It showed up on tuesday and delivered to the wrong address. A common occurrence Second time delivered to a wrong addresses.

NO STARS. Paid $170 to deliver overnight and it still hasn't been delivered! DONT OFFER A SERVICE YOU CANT PROVIDE FEDEX!

My package has been delayed 3 times first it was supposed to be here on 7/7/2022 then the 12th now the 13th we will see if it gets delivered tomorrow or not. And the Microwave I order when they delivered it was broke and had to be returned.

No pkg anywhere. Says left at front door. It isn't there. I walked around my whole building and it wasn't at any door.

Worst courier. Put an effort delivering the package instead of conveniently leaving a tracking tag without even trying.

Not happy at all. Never have this problem with ups at all. Figured I have the sender try FedEx never again. I called and not one person knows what's going on.
