urgently need spare keys shipped. the location was near Buffalo NY, coming from Toronto ON (2.5 hour drive). Delivery was promised next day before noon. Now it is 6 days later, the parcel has gone to Memphis, then Prince Edward Island, and anticipated delivery is still 2 days away.

I thought fedex was the best as first three delivery’s were fast but the fourth delivery was sent 3/5/22 made it all the way to Australia cleared customs and vanished into thin air then after a week or more of contacting them they finally replied that my satchel had been seized by customs and sent me a picture of the seizure notice that was boxes pending further investigation ? it wasn’t boxes and the name on it wasn’t my name,the tracking number on it wasn’t mine either ? 8/5/22 International shipment release-import 1/7/22 in transit suddenly only 700km away by the 17TRACK app which always works well,checked fedex tracking site tonight 12/7/22 which says in transit 7/5/22 in one section and 1/7/22 in another ?‍? and then I found the review section saw the other bad reviews which I could easily believe as I have been lied to treated like I’m irrelevant a rating of 2.3 out of 9209 is pretty disgusting don’t you think,I guess my valued expensive fedex express postage item will be marked delivered soon and will never arrive,Disgusting postage and extremely dismal customer help fedex must have caught Covid and are to delirious to give a straight answer like oh sorry we lost it but we’re not really hahaha ??

It takes 11 minutes to go to the moon and back to earth. It's over a month now and my package is not delivered. I see why FedEx Customer Service is automated. Ugh! I pay exorbitant fees for poor service. Feel violated.

My package was supposed to arrive July 11th and i check to find out where my package is and its still in the same place it was yesterday which means its not only 2 days late its just sitting in the same place

Instead of sitting in my package on top of a table, cabinet, trunk of a car or a random vehicle sitting around in the yard. They put the box on the carport floor so the dogs could tear into the box and destroy my high dollar wiring harness. Using common sense isn’t so common anymore!!

Been trying to send a parcel back since June 19th and it still hasn’t left Cambridge. Kinda frustrating and calling to actually get a hold of a person on the other end!! UGH forget.

Worst service ever.

I choose the option of having the package sent to another. Fed ex location. They refuse to deliver and was told I could pick up the package at the distribution on center. I've gone twice and no package

My package is last month what happened so very delay it’s 2 weeks from now but you didn’t delivery at the day and time? And expensive payment bills ????????

The absolute worst, they gave you a tracking number which will be updated you're lucky, otherwise, you'll have to be on the phone for hours to get an update. Their customer service representatives lack of basis courier/shipping knowledge, they'll tell you just about anything to get you off the phone....if you want to wait forever or 99% of the time have issues getting a simple small package delivered with no answers or solution from them, then you can ship here otherwise go with DHL....even usps does better.

No faith in this company at all. Lost my granddaughters package, dropped a package for me in my storage area of my backyard rather than my home, deliver package to my home and argued with me when I told driver it didnt belong to me and wouldnt deliver to proper owner. And now the newest my package has been to at least 12 places and over 2 weeks that were nowhere near my state. Their updates shut down So most likely lost my shipment. Useless

Package was shipped 7/5/22 3 day shipping well its 7/11/22 thats 6 days if i done my math right still no package I have worked in the shipping industry for over 30 years and you suck giving one star because it won’t let you give no stars

Package says delivered but I did not receive it. This isn't the first time a package by FedEx has been delivered to the wrong address. This is the worse company for deliveries. My address is clearly marked. Drivers need to go back to school.
