Instead of setting the box on the trunk of a car or many vehicles sitting in the yard or any thing under the carport they sit it on the carport floor so the dogs could tear into the box and destroy my high dollar wiring harness I ordered

The overnight package 14 days later has been lost and they cannot track where it is. The primary job of delivering packages is a negative -100 rating. This organization should leave the delivering business to the pros. Step away from the mailing business.

Why are they marking packages as delivered even says with signature on file when they never delivered the package and when asked customer service where they delivered they have no answers?!! What in the actual heck?!

Its the second time I have gotten a door tag and signed it and they have no record of it. Lousy service

I was home when they claimed that there was no customer. Me nor my brother heard a knock. Did not even leave a notice.

I been waiting on my package since the end of June suppost to been here already but still hasn't showed up and I'm very upset over a 800.00 phone on the truck still hasn't showed up today

Can't get my package. Claimed they delivered or tried to twice. I have been home for days

They lost the package I sent but I didn’t know until 2 weeks later when the recipient said they didn’t get it. I had to file a claim and get reimbursed for the item they lost. Disappointing.

Third time they said delivered my package and they didn’t have no answers

Another lost package. Tracking says delivered, wasn't to me. Customer service says we'll investigate, that's what they said the last time. Never heard back.

Was supposed to receive, yesterday on the 10th; it’s the 11! Tracking says it stopped Friday in MD; hasn’t started back moving yet!

Just watched the FedEx truck leave my driveway at sister's house. No package. Marked as wrong address. Two people in house. Covered front porch. I could not run fast enough to stop him. Called retailer and cancelled order. Told them to stop using FedEx. Tons of bad reviews.Going to check out Amazon for same product.

Horrible service. Stayed home all day for package. At 6:30pm got text they decided not to deliver! No reason..Never order anything again if FedEx is delivering. I never have this problem with UPS.

My package has been stuck on the same update every time I check for an update, first time using FedEx and definitely my last.

They lost my package ..it was high value shipment. Customer service team not giving proper updates on this.
