The overnight package 14 days later has been lost and they cannot track where it is. The primary job of delivering packages is a negative -100 rating. This organization should leave the delivering business to the pros. Step away from the mailing business.

Why are they marking packages as delivered even says with signature on file when they never delivered the package and when asked customer service where they delivered they have no answers?!! What in the actual heck?!

They lost the package I sent but I didn’t know until 2 weeks later when the recipient said they didn’t get it. I had to file a claim and get reimbursed for the item they lost. Disappointing.

Just watched the FedEx truck leave my driveway at sister's house. No package. Marked as wrong address. Two people in house. Covered front porch. I could not run fast enough to stop him. Called retailer and cancelled order. Told them to stop using FedEx. Tons of bad reviews.Going to check out Amazon for same product.

Horrible service. Stayed home all day for package. At 6:30pm got text they decided not to deliver! No reason..Never order anything again if FedEx is delivering. I never have this problem with UPS.
