horrible service, got message my package would be delivered by end of day July 8, 2022 and no package

Ordered aluminum rods- package stolen in transit.

FedEx is probably the worst shipping company in the world I would rather use UPS or some kid on a bicycle probably work better

10 days that i am waiting for my parcel, and that i call everyday and they have a new excuse everytime !!! really bad service.

have very important package rushed from Los Angeles to Israel July 5. Supposed to have gotten here 2 days. Cost is $90. Well it's Just 11 and guess what? yup not here. Persons supposed to receive has left country. I will ask that they refund the cost to ship. Totally unreliable. At this point even with pandemic they should have a better gauge of time frame. 3 days would have been expected, 4 days acceptable, but it's 6 days and it's still not here. Won't use again. Will close long standing account with them. Critical shipment not arriving even close to 2 days they quote. Second time it happened. Never again

First my package was delayed and now it hasn't shown up yet said it would be here by today and it still ain't here

Horrible service. Stsys st local Fedex for more than 24 hours. Delivery van sound like its going to fall apart and stalls twice in my driveway

According to the tracking info you give Amazon my item is in Ohio. According to the tracking info on your site it is in Kentucky. According to the map on the same site it's in Alabama. Plus I ordered something from China and it will get here faster than your shipment from Ohio.

not very happy at all

Almost every time, I order something that will be shipped FedEx it always takes forever, and it either gets lost or delayed. My package was supposed to be here on 7-8-22, then it was delayed to 7-11-22 now it will arrive on 7-14-22? We will have to wait and see if it actually arrives. One time they lost something for a MONTH. It was a mile from my home at one of the distribution centers. No one could find it. Once it was found it left my state, went to Jersey to got lost for 2 more weeks. Then finally showed up.

Another great delivery, nice to have a company that delivers on time and on a Sunday at that. Right on time. Thanx Fed ex
