Fedex left my package downstairs so everyone in the neighborhood could grab it! It weighed about 175 pounds so I had to unpack it downstairs & bring each of the 25 pieces upstairs making 12 trips up 16 stairs!!!

FedEx is trash. I placed 2 orders at the same time and set for a specific delivery date for a reason and only received one package. If I placed both orders at the same time, I should have received both packages at the same time. What a waste.

If I could give fedex a 0 I would. They delivered my package to the wrong address and want me to pay them a dollar to fix their mistake.

My package has been "inroute" since 7/5 from Phoenix and according to your map is only in Chandler on 710! There is no reason my " 2 day" package should take more then a week!

So disappointed. Overnight delivery. Is now 3 days.

I'm sure my package is hitchhiking across the United States.

Awful system - all your customers want to do is track a parcel and all you want to do is sell products!

FedEx started my delivery June 19th starting from Nevada even though the item as comes from CT. It took until July 8th to receive my item. They ended up going through NJ and going through CT hut delivered it to Massachusetts instead of just dropping it off in CT, toik an extra 2 days to receive it due to the stupidness of FedEx even though going through CT, which where I live sent it to Massachusetts 1st....ridiculous!!! I couldn't even talk to a Customer Service Representative, all automated. At the beginning, was suppose to be delivered June 30th per email from FedEx. 1st time I ordered anything hy phone or on line...ut was a birthday present and since received July 8th, I had no gift for my birthday person. The box was left on the porch stairs not on the porch. The box tape was removed, open box and box had a whole in it and damaged. I am reporting FedEx to the BBB...I didn't want even give 1 star to FedEx but this review made me give them a star, NIT DESERVED, SHAME ON FEDEX!!! CRAPPIEST SERVICE EVER.....?

For what they charge to striped their packages I have never seen a company be so slow in getting the product back to where it needs to be returned to!!! I find FedEx to be an epic fail!

why my package not due for delivery?they put in email estimated delivery 07/08 but till n0w not coming.very disappointed fedex.

Why should a parcel sit at Stansted for more than 10 days now.This company is a joke

The last two overnight packages sent have been delayed, misplaced and NOT delivered as I paid for and advised “ next day by NOON “ So far i am disappointed with the service of delivery,,, and why do I pay for overnight Still waiting for this last parcel to be delivered

Every time I order and when i see FedEx I hate it!! My packages never get delivered to me! Again yesterday a man rang my bell that lives a town away he had my item and was kind enough to bring it to me!! This is happening all the time. Not to mention the packages that I do get do not belong to me!! I am tired of this
