I wish we could give them a half star rating but FedEx you’re the worst stealing packages from my porch what a shame I that I caught you on camera

This is the worst carrier I ever dealt with. My package is still haven’t moved since the 5th of July at Edison, NJ. Once I noticed how little this company cares about customers packages, packages not delivered after Fed Ex said they delivered packages to right address and not delivering on time by looking up Fed Ex reviews at BBB, I think people should petition them out or do something because this is terrible. The worst is I just bought a pair of sneakers and Guess Who is the carrier? Fed Ex….I guess I won’t get those sneakers by next year or the driver will lie and say it was delivered. Run from Fed Ex.

Really from Phoenix to Farmington nm 4 days definitely would not recommend FedEx to anyone I could have went and got the package myself and stay the nite and still been back twice faster than this horrible

Been waiting for this part over a month. Had to send first one back because of damage cause by shipping. Now can’t get them to deliver the new one. Ridiculous.

Always late. What happened to over night service?

Says it was delivered but nothing arrived.

My package was to arrived 2 to 3 days which was Thursday or Friday. Now it's a week later.

My FedEx guy really good, nice ,considerate, always takes care of my packages always in a good mood FedEx needs more employees like him.

Great experience with recent shipping -receiver couldn’t have been more polite and parcel received as planned.

Zero stars. I wasted my money trying have a convenient delivery and have not been contacted and could not pick up my time sensitive package.

Horrible! Said a package was delivered on June 30but was not. But Saturday July 9 guess what came my package. Do not recommend at all.

Horrible service! Second time I have not received something that they say was delivered.

Everytime something ships by FedEx my packages always get lost been wait 5 weeks for one package and they can't even update the system to tell me where my package is. FedEx needs to fix this problem.
