The lady that delivered my package was so lazy she could not even leave it on my porch. Got 1 star for being lazy, what a shame. Fedx its self good job on getting it here.

4 different times FedEx tracking stated when my order was going to arrive. Started on July 5th it is now July 9 th. I will never again order anything online if fedex is the carrier.

Tracking numbers are useless. Tracking SHOULD work nowadays

They lost my package

Leaving my package out in the driveway in front of my car then lying on the paperwork saying it was left by the door. This delivery person should be fired. The package wasn't that heavy there was no excuse for this.

My package was due 5 days ago, but they haven't said one word about it.

Very slow parcel delivrey 1 week normaly 2 days

I prefer FedEx every time. once they get my order in their hands I get it within a couple of days.

Order was purchased on June 19th, with a promise of a 5-7 day delivery. Today July 9th it is still not delivered . Tracking is showing that it has been in Memphis since June 27th. Unprofessional and underwhelming!!! Doesn’t even deserve a rating !!!

Product was delivered on time without delays. The text messages were a great way to see the progress of the shipment.

Of all shippers, FedEx has been the most reliable at getting my packages shipped to me and others on time and in excellent condition.

Showing it's here in Akron since this morning. Still not here if I could give 0 stars I would.

I’m supposed to receive my package today. It was in Texas already yesterday and you send it back to who knows where…. How long is it going to take now?
