Had a catalitic converter delivered ground. Converter was dropped off on my porch and the end of tube on converter was dented in as if it was dropped slightly. Don’t know when it happened, I won’t accuse anyone, as accidents happen to us all. Appreciate the service, all is forgiven. Thanks!

This is 2 packages in the last 2 months not delivered. Package 1 made it to Mills River NC then disappeared, package 2 made it to Spartanburg SC and disappeared with no help from FedEx.I gave them a 1 Star because I could not go any lower.

The item left the Texas/ Mexican border Tuesday afternoon and was at my house in northeast Georgia Friday afternoon. An added plus was the delivery person actually placed the parcel on my front porch instead of leaving it in the driveway, as the last driver did. I couldn't have expected anything more. That's why I rated the service a 5. Many thanks.

Wish I could put negative stars. Out for delivery TWICE and FedEx claims we weren't home. Wife works from hone, so, yeah, she was here. Never shipping FedEx again. Worst shipper around.

Status says package picked up on July 1 and no further movement indicated as of July 8.

The directions on the box said to knock or ring, and the driver didn't do either one. Instead, the driver just left it beside the mail box, where it sat in the sun for 2 and a half hours. Had not a neighbor called and told us that the box of perishables was outside, we would still be looking for it. It seems that the driver was either lazy by just dumping it out the door, or in a rush and behind schedule, or both. Either way, there's no excuse for not calling the phone number on the shipping label.

I m also waiting for my parcel to deliver on July 04 but still showing in transit

They are horrible and late

It was supposed to be here by 8pm July 7th it is looking like I will be lucky to get it before the weekend.

Maybe I just got lucky but my boxes showed up in 3days after shipping which is 5 days before it was scheduled to arrive and in great condition which is rare for bigger box's so I can confedently give five Stars ????

Had a package shipped from Japan to East Coast of Canada. It took two days to go from Japan to the FedEx warehouse in St. John’s Newfoundland. Then it’s sat in the warehouse literally 10 miles away from my home for 10 days. I paid extra to have a delivered FedEx priority. Complete waste of money to go with priority when it sits in a warehouse for 10 days

Received my package today and the paint wasted all inside my box. I don't understand how it was not handled with care.

My 1 box still not deliver suppose to deliver on 6th, it was showing in mississauga from last 3 days.

Yeah Thor tracking is an estimate. My package was supposed to arrive 7/7/22 but it was marked delayed that evening with a new delivery 7/8/22 and no reason stated. I imagine it’s physical labor shortages and an increase of the number of packages. More people shop from home I think. I know I do. The downside to the convenience of online shopping. Easy to shop and buy but a real person still has to deliver it! I’m not upset just resigned to not believe fast delivery is guaranteed. An extra day is still pretty fast

I was leaving on a trip and wanted the package before I left so paid for FedEx 2 day. Fed Ex kept indicating it would be on time. It did not come. When cling later it should to have arrived on time but it did not
