I ordered a package it was suppose to arrive on July,7 than got delayed to July,12 etc

Just don't care about your package or house. Young lady dropped my package just to break a rail off the steps. I was able to catch her on camera. Got to do better now I have to pay someone to fix it.

Very poor service. A light parcel sent to Lagos, Nigeria since June 22, 2022 has not been delivered as at today July 5, 2022.

Very poor tracking information. Very poor communications. I was only notified of the day of delivery, when most carriers provide a time slot - and then they delayed delivery until the following day with a word of explanation or apology. Suppliers beware! Fedex treat your customers like sh*t.

Southwest airlines damaged my walker. Global repair send fed ex to deliver my package. Was picked up 6/30 and still pending. Last noted Tracy,Ca. Today is 7/5 still pending status.
