Not impressed with the way the package was delivered. Had my ph#, no call. Left package stuck in the gate,& a passerby found the package & phoned me to let me know he had found it. Online report said it was delivered with an authorized signature.. wasn't mine!!! Piss poor service!!

Avoid FedEx at all costs...I bought tires from a company and they sent them to me...FedEx delivered three of them. After multiple inquiries to FedEx over several days I was told by several "customer service reps" that my tire was ut on and taken off the truck two days in a row and that I will receive it on the third day...I didn't and was then informed on the fourth dy via the seller that FedEx came.clean and told him that they "lost" my tire. BS!!! They lied to me for three days straight and it has cost me my vacation, because I wasn't going to spend another $1000+ on four more tires and I could drive from Ohio to North Carolina with the tires I have on my truck due to two of them having nails to close to the sidewall to be fixed. Plus, I took off of work two hours early on one day and a whole day off another to be available at home to receive the fourth tire as I was told it would be there. The reps all lied to cover the company's ass and for that I will never use FedEx again.

Fed ex needs to hire someone who knows how to read a map. My package left California went to Maryland then back to arizona then Tulsa now it's in Illinois. It flew over WV which is where I am at. Some crazy stuff.

My package was shipped from the east coast to the middle of the US and then back to the east coast where it is now going to be 5 days late arriving. I wouldn’t be so angry if the tracking interface wasn’t so hard to navigate through. I could barely even tell where my package is because the map they provide is glitchy and hard to use. FedEx, do better.

Ordered a package and it should come today, meanwhile it’s still in a city doing some sorting for 4 days that I live very VERY close to. (20 min drive) TERRIBLE waiting.

Trash service. I don't know why my express package delivery has been delayed for over a week...FedEx has neglected to inform of the reasons behind the delay. This experience is completely unacceptable. For me to pay the fees they demand on next day services, then I not only don't have my package next day but to not have it delivered in 7-days is atrocious, ridiculous and horrendous service. At this point, I could have hired a man riding a donkey and my package gotten to me faster.

Haven't been a FedEx fan for awhile now. Amazon days my package shipped two days ago. FedEx tracking still says awaiting package and also said it's gonna be late. Your company is a joke, at this point I get packages quicker from the post office. Congratulations on being a failure in the shipping industry!

Funny. . . For my FedEx delivery status, the logo on the truck shows a flame, as if to imply speedy service. I believe a lethargic sloth would be more accurate. FedEx is very slow with transportation, vague with status updates and generally disrespectful about customer satisfaction.

Reading these reviews and it's giving me a headache. So many illiterate people writing these reviews makes me think they are writing fake reviews. FedEx has never done me wrong and I'm sure a lot of people will agree with me.

They said they dropped the package off to an address that don't even exist would not help me second package I ordered is 3 days late

Ordered an item on line on May 18 2022. Six weeks have passes and I'm still waiting for my package! The irony of it all, FedEx has been tracking it too where my package is? and we both now trying to track my package where on earth it could be?
