Is FedEx still in the shipping and delivery business? What system do they use to determine delivery dates? Tarot card reading? Blindfolded dart throwers? Reading tea leaves? A roulette wheel? I don't know how a national shipping business does such a poor job of determining package arrival dates? It would appear that they just guess, and then incorrectly guess again. If all national shipping companies seem to agree to provide the same sub-standard service, where's incentive to improve?

Shame on you FedEx you are the worst shipping company ever ?

I had ordered something off of Wish(and y’all are probably gonna think that it’s their fault) and I had it delivered through FedEx. It was an electronic so signature was required. Anyway, they came to my house the first time, no one was home, they left due to not being able to get a signature. I had told my sister to stay home and wait for them to come to the house so she can sign and get the package the next day. She said that they never showed up, and then it happened the day after that, and the day after that, and the day after that. My sister said that they didn’t come any of the three days, but they said that we weren’t home, WHEN MY SISTER WAS THERE! Terrible service. And then the day I went to pick it up FROM FedEx, they already shipped it back to the shipper. They gave us a number to call to cancel that ship back to the shipper, but Customer Service(over call) said they couldn’t do anything about it to stop the shipping. Would not recommend using this place as a shipment transportation because not only does Customer Service not do their job, the truckers don’t either.

The fedex is a liar he never came by here when he says he did according to when package was scan ! I never ever ever have this issue with ups. I hope fedex goes outa business this is ridiculous. I need my package today while I was off !!!

Poor tracking info and hard to navigate package never on time its only getting worse ?

Left package outside in the rain vs taking to covered porch. Few extra steps would have made a 1 star rating to 5 star

I paid for a shipment and ot stated a Jun01 delivery. After the package was picked up, it changed to Jun05 .paying almost $70 dollars for a 4 day delivery!!! I will not be using this horrible service ever again!!

Horrible service ! I never received my item !

I did not receive my order ! Tracking number shows that I have received it but nothing. I called customer service 4 times and nobody even picked up ! I was on line waiting 3hrs. What kind of a service is this !? Where is my package now ! I have paid extra extra £25 to get parcel safely and fast… where is the item now ?

Very bad delivery service. Didn’t even press the bell or called my number to inform me that they were at the door. Instead left a note to say that I missed my delivery whiles I was at home waiting and tracking my package. Very disappointed with FedEx it’s a very bad company

Don't deserve even a 1 star. They are do slow. It took 4 days instead of the normal 2 days because the driver didn't want to come to Oregon. Wi. Instead he just went back to the facility.

Horrible service. Definitely not on time. Paid for overnight delivery on 6/29 and they sat on the package and can not deliver until July 5th. Horrible system!

The 42 inch screen got broken in transition. Bad service. The driver was suppose to provide a box requested in the order. And fail to do so.

Left my package halfway under the awning and it got rained on

Driver didn't show up to pick up until called a 2nd time. Then it was out for delivery on Friday 7/1/22 but never delivered. It's a very important package. So today 7/2/22 was told it would be delivered by express and should have it soon. That was 3 hours ago and called to find.out why I'm still waiting and was told they have until 6pm today. This is so wrong. It looks like the driver didn't want to do his job and just went back to the fed ex facility Instead of delivering. I'm very upset because it's something I need on a daily basis and they are playing with my health. Yes I had enough med until yesterday but I wasn't expecting this to happen. I called the pharmacy on Monday and i have never had any issues with getting my packages until now. It usually only takes 2 days. Not 5 days
