Was to have picked up package on Tues 6/28/2022 and never showed up. Then called again for pickup on 6/29/2022. So picked up then was out for delivery on 7/1/2022 but didn't stop and deliver. Called early morning and was told it would ho out

Tracking had package Out For Delivery yesterday (byv4:30 pm). Never received. Says same for today. I'm not going to wait around for them. What happened to FedEx??? No longer the reliable carrier they once were.

I ordered an item which both Connecticut and Nevada had in stick, I live in Connecticut and they shipped it from Nevada, Why??? Stupid. Also ordered 3 weeks ago, was told ladt week by email that would be delivered last Wednesday, not received to date. After emailing FedEx customer service 3 times, no reply back to date. Automates system states pending. Today I was actually able to track it after 1 week stating pending, it's in Indiana for 2 days now....UNBELIEVABLY!! Was a birthday present for Friday July 1st, went to party with no present. Unable to get an estimated day of delivery. FedEx is HORRIBLE, calling BBB. 1stvl time I ever ordered on line, will not make that mistake again if being delivered by FedEx......worst Customer Service ever!! Shame on them

Your driver never knocked or Ring bell neighbors said I was home he said no I wasn't drove I went to take my kids outside and found Note saying we tried to deliver which was a lie. Called supervisor and they said they would send back with in a hour but called back next supervisor said have to wait till tomorrow. I said I want your boss okay my boss will call you with in 2 hours. But no again. Nothing but liers so I filed a police report for stealing my package.

Good delivery and updates but when tracking your order that’s being shipped for example you shipped a package on 6/10 and you check on it the next day all of the status will say 6/10 even tho you saw it update that day and so on whatever day it is the updates will be shown as the previous date not the current date

If you see their record of 2 Stars I guess it tells it all. Sadly the other carriers are no better. If I operated a business and didn’t get 5 stars I would take a very serious look at what I was doing wrong. I have been using FedEx for 3 years now and it only gets worse . We get a lot of deliveries and 90% of them have issues

I have no idea how this company stays in business. Never on time, tracking is horrible and customer service sux.

Poor quality service. My delivery was horrible, my box was completely destroyed and seemed like some completely step on it and was dirty all over outside the box.
