Why is fine but this is just a 3rd party website

UPS service very poor quality.

I live in Memphis. Arrives in Memphis then goes the opposite direction to Olive Branch. Mississippi. It was less than 15 minutes from my house.

Package was supposed to arrive 6.30, its been sitting in Tennessee since Monday….I live in Texas and it’s Friday. Terrible

Never any problems with my deliveries always on time as promised........

FedEx always running late . And losing package and this website doesn’t help at all .

Wow! I’m still waiting on my package. I could kick myself for not buying my item from Amazon! At least I would know when it’s arriving. With Fed-Ex they don’t tell you anything even when you sign up for notifications. Ugh! I will always order from Amazon…for so many reasons!!

Had my debit card expedited to me by my bank on 6/25/22, as of 7/1/22 I have yet to receive my debit card. All website says is that it has been delayed. This is unacceptable. I have not been able to access my money for a week!

Can I leave a negative star? I only ask because my package didn't get delivered to my house. Why? According to FedEx, my address doesn't exist. What???? USPS has no problem with it. Maybe the driver was too lazy to actually look for my house?

Have been waiting since May for this package, otherwise other packages have been delivered, 2 package was damaged when received but not sure if it was UPS but have been happy with other deliveries if not for this package I'd given a full 5 stars

Package is sitting in CA since Monday. Don’t understand ??

Poor communication and service. Holding parcel for days before redelivery. Would recommend.end any other courier service. FedEx- you might want to try notifying recipients of when a delivery is likely to arrive, It would save everyone time and money!

My parcel has been at Stansted for 5 days now ,why?? On the day it was supposed to arrive i stayed at home all day and nothing came and no proper destination was shown on tracking.Tracking system us rubbish.DHL is bettet as you see and know the status of your parcel .Fedex is rubbish.Never again will i use this company.The stuff in the parcel is needed like yesterday .Unhappy
