My package sat at one of your locations for 24hrs before it shipped out…WHY? I purposely paid extra (a week ago) to have this by July 3rd. Now it won’t be here on time. Do better!!

Really unfortunate that satisfaction of the customer is no longer a priority for FedEx. Poor tracking, lack of updates, changing status of shipment, weather delay (in July?); I have seen it all with this one delivery. Next, I expect they'll blame former President Donald Trump. I wish consumers had other choices.

Worst delivery service ever. Package was not delivered. It was out for delivery. Now they can't find it. Paid 50.00 for shipping. Never use FedEx again

Fed ex driver tried to make delivery at 9:45 pm and said I was not home. The driver was lying I was home all day and night, besides who delivers at 9:45 pm. The driver is supposed to deliver today it’s 8:26 pm I am home and no package yet.

Doesn't even deserve one star. Tracking says out for delivery then says "was" expected Thursday. Now they have no clue. Paid for shipping. Never again will I use FedEx. Lousy

Three days late on scheduled delivery. Almost always 2 days late. Was scheduled for delivery Tuesday and now its Thursday. Still don't have it and its not showing of its on truck again for delivery. Said that, on truck for delivery, last 2 days. Won't be using FedEx again if I can get out of it.

Package arrived busted all up, all the hardware missing. Was out for delivery 3 days while it was sent back to fedUp facility to be inspected where they didn't notice they didn't put everything back in that fell out when they busted the box open.

Today I end my relationship with fed ex. Sad for me because I have 4 pets and get lots of things from chewy. No more. Our previous driver was amazing. We are rural no street addresses. He knew everyone and we all loved him. His replacement is arrogant rude and I have lost 4 packages due to him. Today was the last straw when I lost yet another package. I just cant afford it. Who competes with FedEx? USPS and UPS are the competition, so why attempt to improve service, or try to make the paying customer happy? Status quo among the shipping companies appears to be, "Why hurry? What else can the public do? It's us or no one!" Don't expect any improvement anytime soon.
