How do you do it? Why allow yourselves a one week window for delivery? Clearly, customer satisfaction is not important to FedEx. If it were, they would be honest about shipping status. They should just send out a general statement reading, "Please excuse our incompetence. We think your package is still in our system, somewhere. If it turns up, we'll strap it to a sloth and get it to you, at our leisure". It looks as though FedEx is emulating USPS business practices.

Weather delay? How gullible do you think people are? California is in the middle of a drought, it's nearly the fourth of July, and you're blaming weather? How about fessing up to indifference and incompetence? If your management was aware of, and truly honest, they would prescribe honesty with the public. Vague promises and shoddy delivery times do little to instill confidence in FedEx.

I hate to complain, because we do order a lot online. We don't live in a very good neighborhood,& they left the package at my mailbox, which is pretty far away. I didn't even get a text telling me it was delivered. I just happened to check it myself. Drivers really need to at least leave it on your porch. Sorry guys,you flunked on this delivery

Waited on time sensitive pkg for 6 weeks. It went back and forth across several states, TWICE only to finally arrive at destination, DAMAGED!!! You'd think by now, they would have this delivery thing down...SORRY, SORRY, SORRY

I just can’t believe how bad their service is. The delivery man never buzz my door bell instead he just left when he saw the door is closed. I’ve been waiting for my item for days. From now I must avoid FedEx.

This has been one of the worst experiences ive had with a delivery service. I had to reschedule my package which i was told that would arrive on the same day just later. ( i was told this by a representative) Then five minutes later i got an email that said it would be delivered the next day before twelve o'clock and its past twelve and i still haven't seen my package. Also the tracking of the packages should be better then what it is.
