This is the worst service ever. I waited 3 days for my package. Still No package. I'm still waiting.. update says package maybe lost. How do you misplace a big stroller? The package is too big to lose. I wasvtold to call back for a refund. I do not want a refund. I want my stroller, I been waiting for almost 2 weeks just to be shipped. Now delivery problems...

FedEx's service is disappointing. They are way too optimistic about their ability to deliver in a timely manner. They appear to be posting/sharing delivery date standards and objectives from pre-Covid days, instead of providing realistic time-frames. As well, the tracking system is all but worthless. It shows locations two days old as current. Further more, the map shows my parcel in Michigan, but lists it as currently in California. It looks as though they are following the business plan of the USPS, as far as communication and customer satisfaction. I know they're slow and unable to deliver things on time. Why can't they figure it out and be honest with customers?

Deliveries out of the Bessemer, Alabama facility are unacceptable. My packages are continually left at my mailbox. The problem is you cannot see my mailbox from my house. Many of these items are delivered in boxes identifying what they are. I’ve had packages stolen. I’m now requesting companies to not use FedEx to delivery my package. I also canceled my Thrive Market membership because they could not switch my deliveries to UPS. In November 2021, my granddaughter’s Christmas present was thrown into the woods near my house by one driver.

Where's my parts. According to your tracking it is in San Antonio. Was supposed to be delivered on June 29. Now it saying " no scheduled delivery date at this time" did I get scammed?

Worst delivery experience ever. I was not notified when my package was delivered. Because I wasn’t notified, it ruined the product. It sat out in the heat all day and it ruined my order. By the time I found out that it was delivered the package was saturated with product. That order cost real money to buy, and to ship. I’m just amazed at how people treat things when the money doesn’t come out of their pocket.

Super poor service!! Day 1 pickup cargo in Spain => Day 2 in Paris => Stuck in Paris for whole week without any reason & explanation => Day 9 in India => Day 10 in Guangzhou but I'm in HongKong and don't know when parcel will be arrived until now

Who decides delivery date anyway? This prediction was bound to be off, as FedEx, UPS and the USPS regularly screw up delivery date predictions. It's no longer 1950, so it may be time for FedEx to reevaluate it's required times of delivery. If they're not careful, they'll have the same stellar reputation the USPS has. However, they can always blame COVID, President Trump, and our, "unprecedented times". That seems to be the standard response for faulty service these days.
