Your tracking service and ability to deliver on time is pathetic! Obviously, customer satisfaction is of no priority to you. Why assume you can meet any deadline, when you have no intent of trying to honor it?

How do you determine shipping times? Why offer an empty promise, that you have no possible way of meeting? Apparently, you base delivery times on a roll of dice or you visit a tarot card reader. Your tracking service is worthless. Keep it up, and you'll have the same reputation as USPS. on a roll of dice or bingo calling balls

Package was to deliver today but now saying it is delayed for no reason.

FedEx can't even give a straight answer where my package is or when I will receive it. The package can't be misplaced, lost and would be hard to steal. It is 69in by 39 by 15 and over 100 lbs. I think they have some future politicians there. I get the same line when I call you'll have it by the end of the day. Now I see they now have it in a delay status with ne expected delivery date. Thanks FedEx.

The lazy delivery guy left my package on the driveway for anyone to take. He didn’t even put it in my yard area behind the fence. The normal delivery guys are great!! I don’t know where this one came from but I hope he does not delivery anything else to my house!!

How can a company eff up TWICE ?? I ordered an item through Amazon, the delivery was handled by Fedex. It's marked as delivered on Amazon, my boyfriend and I were home all day and nobody rang the doorbell, no package at my door. Contacted the seller, he sent the item again. Once again, written as delivered by Fedex, no one rang the doorbell and still no package at my door : A delivery company that doesn't even know how to deliver anything, apparently.

Package was not delivered. It was medicine that i desperately needed

I send in Djibouti (east Africa), some clothes to my niece for the EID celebration and 2electronic games I used for my little brother. They were supposed to call him once merchandise arrived. They made him go get package at the freight and pay for it. I only gave them 2stars for quick delivery.

Horrible service. Charged extra for a simple Toronto to NYC at a ridiculous fee of $80+ for a 10:30am next day, it's 4:11pm and still in Memphis.... Absolute BS service.

They said package was delivered on Sunday but our office is closed weekends. When reported they acted like I am lying about it. Still missing a week later.

Missing package and no help finding it.

I can see why FedEx has a 2.03 star rating out 8911 votes. I would have put no stars if it give me that option.

Todo perfecto desde que mi paquete fue depositado en las vegas lo he rastreado todo momento y todo ha tiempo con la información al día. Son los mejores
