I ordered a pair of shoes from Adidas and fed ex said they left the package but never did, Adidas said they had to take responsibility over the lost package and at the end of the day I lost my money and package

Worse service to date. I had a very important automotive part being shipped. I called fedex as soon as they turned on their phone lines and left instructions to leave parts at shop. The driver shows up to my shop and doesn't leave part claims wrong address, how can you claim wrong address. Lies

They left it at the wrong place once and never found company sent another one and they called to see if it was delivered ok and never seen that one either now the company has sent it a third time

Obviously Fedex is not displaying the right info. It showed delivered on the 19th of June and in actual, my client received it only yesterday. What a shame! Despite the high cost of freight, it took more than 14 days since June 11.

Terrible shipping company. they really don't care when they get your package to you. There shipping routes are ridiculous. They shipped my package which I really needed ASAP. Package shipped from TN , wasted one whole day in TN didn't move. Then they sent package to Hagerstown, MD, than back down to Martinsburg, MD, it now has been in Martinsburg WV for 5 whole days in stead of shipping to my address in Warrenton, VA in a reasonable time. Have tracked package on line and have called twice and employees have know reason why it's still in Martinsburg, WV other then they are receiving a lot of packages. If I had my way I would never use FedEx ground if I got the choice. I have just ask another shipper to please use UPS Intead.of Fedex.

Your delivery service is the pits. My package has been sitting in Martinsburg, WV for 5 days now. This is absolutely ridiculous service. Nobody can explain why my package is just sitting there. I have paid for a product that has not been delivered. FedEx is a j7nk delivery service, you need to go out of business.

pathetic courier service... when i track my parcel it shows that the customer is not available but i didn't get any call from them for delivery... poor service ever

Fedex has always been wonderful for me. They are bringing me a package now, no doubts at all that it will be here promptly!

Can’t stand FedEx. Currently, they have no idea where my package is. It was delivered somewhere in the US, I’m in Canada. They’re blaming the shipper except, I have a copy of the shipping label. Also, I’ve ordered from this company numerous times. FedEx left my last order sitting in the middle of my driveway. Great way to leave a $1000 delivery.

Been waiting on my package for two months, last tracking was two hours away from me and poof package completely lost and deleted from system. Cannot find it anywhere and now says it does not exist, it was an expensive package so I would not be surprised if it was stolen. Highly suggest not using fedex
