FedEx indicates delivery at date and time when I was at home out front. Never delivered, total misStatement and never delivered

The worst saying they dropped package and never did went to pick up not there back out for delivery rude store people.

You guys need to be put out of business you are terrible at delivery service everything is always delayed and late by at least 4 to 5 days

Terrible service online trying to setup for package to be picked up by me at a FedEx facility.

Really bad experience… I would never go with fed ex again.. my parcel delivery supposed to starting of March it’s end of June today I still don’t know when will I get. We called them so many times and bad customer service too…

Still no package.? Was supposed to receive 4 days ago. Now receiving message no delivery date available. I cannot believe this.

Taking a literal month to deliver a fitbit watch to the return center. A MONTH

Watching package progress on the 'map', it would appear that the route is chosen by a blindfolded employee who throws darts at a map. As well, who decides expected delivery dates? If you model your service by observing and modeling the USPS, don't expect better results. Of course, if COVID, Trump and unprecedented times are still to blame, there's no hope.

Worst freight company i have ever dealt with. Informed one package would be delivered on 21st June , now 28th , still no sign. Other package informed me delivery would be yesterday...Still waiting. Giving 1 star rating because I cant leave ZERO

Frustrated waiting for package. It left Georgia and ends up in California overnight, now it’s slowly being trucked across the US. I live in Nova Scotia Canada. It’s already a week late. Fed ex use to be the best. We use to be a fed ex family. Wtf?

If it’s left up to me I will never use FedEx again the driver is lying about dropping off packages state and nobody’s there or the business close when they don’t even get out your truck to find out because if I got a package coming in don’t need to sign for it normally they supposed to leave it on the porch even on the inside of my porch but they did not they lied and said they came to my house three different times and I was at home all day except for March when I went to pay my light bill other than that I was right here they never stopped or came up to our porch I guess that’s how you run your business FedEx
