My package has been sitting in Texas for weeks now and I can't get any support to tell me anything about my package and when it will be in transit

This is not the first time I have order through FedEx and everytime the packages get delayed by days.

Nothing but problems! Package sent priority over night. Was supposed to arrive June 23. It did not arrive. Then, it was supposed to arrive June 24, still not delivered. It's now June 27 and tracking says it's been sitting at at local FedEx facility since June 23rd. I will never use FedEx again

FedEx shipping is awesome, you know exactly when, where and the delivery date.

My package was sent to FedEx facility 1.2miles from house on Thursday 6/23. Made all the way from California through 5 FedEx facility's. Barcode error?? Package less a mile from final destination of my home. Someone look and see that delivery and FedEx facility are located in same zip code. No let's send it back. Barcode read at 6 other FedEx facility's?? Can't read at #6. Let's send it back?? Call FedEx and have no explanation why? Thanks so much for your help. Just another example why you need people not AI to run a business.

Why is it taking more time on transit than it should? International package for DHL takes only four days to deliver. You can as well see the movement of your package. I think they need a little more amendment to meet the international standard.

I pay for next day delivery, and it takes 3 days to arrive. Seriously, if you can’t run with BIG DOGS, stay on the porch.

Should have received my package Friday. Here it is Sunday and I still haven't received it.

I made an order on the 20th. That was supposed to take 3 to 5 days to get here. It still ain't here. It went from Mississippi to Georgia. I live in Alabama.

Have a hard time trying to speak to a real person about my shipment why is that

The worst delivery service! Your packages suit in the same facility for weeks, then you receive text saying it's "out for delivery", then another text saying "no attempt to deliver." Why just why? Then when you call and ask what's going on with your packages no one seems to know!
