FedEx drivers don't want to come up my driveway ( even though UPS comes up with no problem) , my packages are always delayed, even though they show out for delivery. I have even had them throw my packages in the grass on my driveway. They would tie my packages to the mailbox (destroying one mailbox) along a busy highway, and having two packages stolen.

I have never seen such incompetence in my life. I have been waiting on this one item now almost three weeks. It was ordered from the actual store, Bed, Bath and Beyond to come directly to my residence. Needless to say I am very dissatisfied with Fed Ex delivery.

FedEx driver claims he attempted drop off but I was outside my house for a hr waiting. No FedEx driver attempted nor pulled up. Yet my order changes from suppose to be delivered to attempted delivery. This is a bunch of crap. If I pulled this stunt at my job I would be toast. Unprofessional.

My package has been sitting in the facility is 11 miles away for three days. Delay in delivery. Why is that! Bring my package! Payed $25 extra for quicker delivery. Bring my package! Terrible service but we know they don't care.

FedEx is the worst not only have they sent my package that I'm tring to return back to a company back to me twice now the box was all tape up with holes and u can tell it was smash I'm pretty sure the Merchandise is ruined this is horrible and all there fault they tape over the address to the company twice I don't understand why this keeps happening sounds like you need to train your employees better

Package was NOT left on porch like stated they would do!It was left at a guard shack far from house!If Fed Ex is means of delivery again I will not order!

Picked up from the freight warehouse in Litchfield, 2 guys helped me hand load flooring into my truck. They were amazing workers they went above and beyond to help me load my items.

openspot would be delivered on June 22. no one. Then June 23. No one. now June 24. again nobody. called the service center. don't know where it goes wrong. now hopefully June 27th. what a very bad company.

They only store Parcel and not deliver. Parcel day 11 in the facility

My experience with FedEx has been and still is terrible. Ordered a package and the seller used this service. According to the FedEx page my package has been seating in the same place for over 12 days and the have moved the delivery date 5 times already. I have no idea when or if the package will arrive. I’ll definitely will avoid this service in the future.

Seriously, from Georgia to salt lake city, where it was to be delivered. Can't be delivered on Sunday so let's send it to Panama city Florida. Could someone not see it is going the wrong way, and send it back. I just hope that the rest of the stuff that did get delivered is not to jealous and they make me send them on vacation also. By the way I am not paying for any hotel bills or bar tabs. How much money was wasted on stupidity like this. I will probably have to wait a week or two before I can do the project I wanted to get done this weekend. No jeep in the fourth of July parade for me. It should be stuck on a plane and sent back.?

Total incompetence had to go to 3 stores, they shipped it a day late, paid 76 dollars for what only to see it sitting in Henderson, Colorado all day unbelievable!

I've been waiting more than two weeks to ship an item to my country and they will not send for some reason

Fedex is the worst courier company I ever dealt with. This month June 2022 alone I lost 2 different packages which the carrier just dropped at the door to the building very close to the street and which any passers by can just have access to. They seem to have done same thing for me today 06/24 2022 for the order I have been expecting for delivery but which was also said to be delivered outside the building while I have already left home. That’s too bad.
