The driver originally said they made an attempt to deliver a package but we were home all day. I called FedEx and they made it right and the package was dropped off as expected. Thank you!

I sent a watch to my sister in Spain. This was in May and they still don't receive the package.

After reading most of the reviews it’s no surprise I have the same issue. Driver says attempted to deliver the package and couldn’t deliver it. Yet I was home all day and no attempt was made. Not sure if the driver is even working or just saying they attempted a delivery.

I never received my package and it said it was delivered. At 3pm and I didn't get email until 5pm that it was delivered.

It showed up a day early..

Where is my package? We live in gated horse property. FedEx and Amazon & UPS leave packages inside our gate. Today all I got was a note stuck to the gate with doortag number DT106219598453. Where is my package?

Horrible customer service and delivery

Celebrity cruises shipped our lost luggage using FedEx. We were waiting in anticipation as had been without the luggage for nearly 2 months. Watched the item tracked from Spain to home, FedEx arrived and although paperwork stares that item weighs 23kg, left us with 4 sheets of paperwork and no luggage. Totally useless when I contacted them,not able to contact driver who had just left us.

FedEx always sent my package to my neighbors home, can you just double check the house number, when you deliver packages? Is it so hard to just double check the house number? Why you do it again, again and again? Make all the troubles for us?

Awful service. Delay over 3 days. I am going away tmrw and my parcel wasn’t delivered on time! It was my Hermes bracelet which I suppose to take with me for my holidays. I only hope that they won’t leave my parcel on door step and leave because it’s over £500! I am so disappointed!

FedEx it's the worst shipping company in America I ship the cake to my daughter when it got to her it was destroyed I wish I could show you a picture of it I'll never use them again or ever recommend them

I paid extra to have a package delivered between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. But the said they attempted delivery at 8:24 AM! I was actually home at 8:24 AM but I heard no knock and there was no delivery attempt slip left and I received zero notification. I found out AFTER I had made special arrangements to bust my butt to make sure I was home by 5:00 to be home all evening just to find out I wasted my time and money! I tried to contact customer service to ask for my money back but that was a joke. It's impossible to reach anyone. Why do they even offer the option to pay extra to manage a delivery time if they aren't going to do that or can't do it. Ridiculous!

It is the worst mail company. Everything that is sent through it takes more than a month to reach its destination. Once the package arrives at Ellenwood, it stays there for long weeks, until someone decides to ship the orders. They are lousy. They don't deserve any stars.

Very bad service I paid 94$ for next day delivery second day parcel still not delivered

I still weit my delivery now is 8 days and nothing but I pay express. Incredible. First time and Last time UPS ist Turbo. ??.
