FedEx seems to be the most unreasonable and unreliable Courrier company I have ever dealt with all my life. Packages are delayed without any reasonable explanations and the customer care desk are so vague you regret calling them despite the fact that your precious time and money will be waster holding on and all advertisements that are totally untrue will be all you hear for about 11 minutes

FedEx very but help People to do fraude how come we can make a tracking number with out bring the ítem to the store

My elderly aunt parcel still has not been delivered in Canada I am going to bring a lawsuit to FedEx Fed ex the worst company ever FedEx ripping of people earned hard money

Not very helpful when inquiring about a package with a tracking number. Interprovincial diveru is wonderful, out of province delivery once it arrives in Province is horrific especially when they tender to a 2nd party delivery company

At first I wasn't looking good but all ended great thank you FedEx

Lost my $2000 package and it took them 3 weeks to find it.

Tracking showed parcel was delivered to my address and left on my porch. Parcel was NOT delivered to my location. I was on my porch when the Fed Ex truck drove by. I've checked with my neighbors, called Walmart 3 times, and STILL have no idea where my parcel was delivered to. If I knew, I'd go get it. ?

I would give Fed ex not even one star. They show pkg delivered but I never received it. Stuff that was sent to me from my mother inlaw who has past away. Good job guys.

My package was never delivered your driver stole it I have 3 cameras pointing at the front door of my house there was nothing delivered you guys are a bunch of thieves

Lost a package for almost ten days I Memphis and just now starting to look for it. What a crock!!! Use the mail service it's reliable and cheaper in most cases. The rating I would give them is a Zero.

I ordered a futon from Walmart. It was delivered on time. The man that delivered carried the futon from his truck down my driveway then up one step and left the box hanging half on my porch half off it. I told the man that I would help but I would be useless. The man never said anything. The package was heavy and he was sweating. He could have parked his truck in my driveway instead of him carrying it too far. I smiled tried to pop a joke and the guy gave me a dirty look. As he was leaving I said thank you and he rolled his eyes. Not friendly at all. Just wanted to let you know that a friendly person should be delivering. What a jerk.
