A package was overnight to me from Tuesday still waiting on that package .. now I can’t leave home because I can’t afford to miss them .. all I keep getting from customer service is that it is scheduled to deliver by 8pm .. that really suck .. will never use them in the future

My package has been going back and forth between Winnipeg and Brandon for two days ?

They do not scan to show tracking history or show when it for delivery. Needs to be reported over and over to they do the job correctly

I'm still waiting on my package that was supposed to be delivered on Monday it's now Thursday

Worst shipping company in the world

Parcel arrived at OR Friday last week. Still at customs. Surely FedEx could do better

I don't think your drive is know how to read they never find my house there's a big sign at the end of the driveway with our name and our number on it it said we just got a delivery and it's not there

My package was open. FedEx don’t have the right to open packages

FedEx dropped package off at wrong address. It went to a building with different address next door. Saw delivered, but not on my porch. Found at building next door with my name and address on it. FedEx denied this happened.

We are stilling waiting for a package due to arrive on Monday hitting excuse after excuse paid fed ex done a lot of there job myself and even customs Queried why I had phoned them direct not a great company misinformation or no information need to get there head out of the sand and due job they were paid to do shoddy very shoddy

Multiple times they claim they’ve left packages at my residence only to find they left it somewhere else. My address is clearly on my mailbox. Laziness or are they hiring illiterate drivers?

Driver dropped package off miles away from where it was supposed to be delivered, does FedEx have the most smooth brain drivers? What’s the qualifications to be a Fed Ex driver if they can’t read street numbers and house addresses. The most incompetent delivery service ever and I thought USPS was bad
