They said my package was delivered but it never was

Driver left on roadside Order delivered today by FedEx it should have been brought to the porch I am handicap and have my mail delivered to the porch I almost fell trying to retrieve it. I sent message to vendor also.

Paid for & sent package to my daughter 5 hours away north, was supposed to be there in 2 days, 5 days later she doesnt have it..I tracked it & its in New Mexico, southeast of me, 2 states away! Called customer service & just got the run around!

The gentleman that delivered my package was very respectful & polite.

FedEx is the slowest and sorry company every. I hate when my order is getting delivered by them. And the take forever getting u ur order ??‍♀️

2 day fedx takes 8 days? BS!

Said they tried to deliver and no body home....so whats there excuse for the last 20 items that were left and nobody was home. That's a bunch of bull. Delivery instruction clearly say leave at front door. This is nothing that needed to be signed for. Get it together FedEx

I trust these people. What I ordered came the exact day it said it would and earlier then it said as well!

Sent 2nd day delivery of Friday. Still not here on Wednesday.

When over night delivery takes 4 days makes me wonder why I payed so much to have it here fast when had it been sent with Canada post I would have had my documents by now.

I dropped off my parcel to my local fedex office in Aylesford Kent at 10.30am. As usual the staff were very polite and helpful. I have been able to track the package through to its destination New York City. The package took under 30 hours to get from the UK to NYC. What a great service. Thank you.

Hopeless service. I was told 2 weeks ago that FedEx could not find my address even though I supplied the correct address and postcode. I then sent the address again and since then I get messages saying the package is at the Crayford base but no information on delivery. Terrible service.

Absolute cowboys incompetent no updates on delivery seems they don’t know where a parcel is 2 delivery none was met all they say it’s in transit l will never order from a company that uses FedEx they can’t even give a delivery date have to wait in case it shows up

My pool salt has been in transit since June 11th. Today is the 22nd. Ordered from AMAZON who told me to deal with FEDEX.
