They delivered it to the wrong address but they were good to get it and bring it to me

Went to FedEx store to mail package. Employee made no effort to assist with my problem.A customer tried to help, after 45 minutes, took my box and left, no one even noticed.Dont go to store in Robinson, PA. WORST EVER!!

FedEx not the best option in the world Package for my elderly aunt in Canada has not been delivered I didn't sent them no jewelry or millions of dollars just vitamins for my elderly aunt FedEx is a rip of I would give FedEx a 0 star instead of 1 star FedEx doesn't deserve any stars at all They have become very worst service ever Please use other means of sending your packages

Never deliver on time. Always have many excuses.

My package made it to Norfolk where it should have been turned over to USPS for delivery. Instead it was shipped to Hagerstown, MD. Where it now sits for several days.

My package has been in Chicago warehouse, 30 minutes from my house since June 16th!! This is the first issue I've had!!

They dont care about the customer at all.

Terrible service, they say a delivery time and they don't do it, they change the time and they still don't deliver it on time and I'm still waiting for my package

I already had a bad Father's Day I've been cursed it I've been called names now what get me with FedEx number one if they work is they just leave packages and do not ring the doorbell that's number one number two is I gave a specific name which will be my deceased mother name number three they do not knock on the door or anything and when I looked it up they said my package was delivered at 3:20 but then when I look it up again they say one more day which would be tomorrow FedEx you need to do better much better I know that y'all guys be busy and everything but still train your employers to know how to deliver packages the right way this make my second time making order online because I do not trust online orders and I do not trust the delivery because FedEx deliver have no respect they don't let nobody know and my thing is if you say give a specific name it should have been that that person should have asked whoever he delivered that package to to give that name and apparently he didn't deliver it to nobody he did not ring the doorbell he did not knock on the door and my package is nowhere to be found last night I called them they said I should be receiving it today well apparently they claim like I said that they deliver it I don't have no package at all and just to let y'all know some of your work is do steal packages also because my mom order for a phone and they gave her an empty box and act like they didn't know what happened you have crooked people now working for you guys I want my money back because I did not receive my package and y'all claim that that package was sent on today at 3:20 and then last night and I'm going to close it like this here cuz I'm hurt and I'm pissed off when I spoke to the representative last night he stated that he was going to put special instruction and there so that mean customer service has lied also so somebody owe me money because my package is gone

My tracking says "delivered" somewhere in Sacramento, CA. Great, it's supposed to be coming to South Dakota. Seriously? What the heck?

Been waiting all day says be here by 820 pm was supposed to be delivered yesterday now today so far still not here I want my package! What's the problem?

Says package was signed and delivered. Never signed for it and package is no where to be found. Assuming instead of bringing it up to the house someone lied and left it by our mail box by a highway and was probably stolen. Thanks ??

Fedex is the WORST courier service provider I have ever seen. Parcel from Ghana to USA took 2weeks. Worst of all the delivery guys lied that they did not meet me at home. I am still chasing my documents. Shame on Fedex!
