Parcel was delivered to wrong address. FedEx has no record of anything due at MY address. Customer service zero help. This happened twice. Have a 3rd parcel on the way, hoping it doesn't happen again.

Nothing delivers on time

Trash, I ordered a package a few days ago and have gotten 0 updates and my package hasn’t arrived on time. I haven’t even gotten a new date for when my package will arrive

I always regret when a business chooses FedEx for delivery. Items are consistently delayed without explanation … held up at a location near my home. I will be requesting companies to chose UPS.

They didn't deliver my package because they couldn't find my apartment. I live in the house. I called them twice to let them know this and arrange for delivery. Both times they took my info and said it was straightened out. Unfortunately, they had already sent the package back to the seller. What a mess!

Very slow delivery. Poor routing and long delays

I was expected a shipment from Dubai and I want know why it’s been delayed?

So that you have a website for tracking number, if you do not update the shipping process.

Was told my.package would be delivered Saturday. Saw the truck. Next update says undeliverable sending back to shipper. Address correction 1 minute later. Now my package is an entire state away. Was then supposed to come yesterday. Still no word. Probably today because now it's raining and I won't be home to get it.

Crossed world just 5 days great service

I’m expecting a package that left fed-ex on June 6, 2022. Today is June 19 and package still in California. Fed-ex is terrible service and I definitely will never use again. I always use UPS and never had a complaint not getting my package. Definitely will be going back to using UPS for all my delivered packages.

I sent a parcel by FedEx from Chennai on 13 th June '22 to Sydney Australia and it was delivered today the 20th June's much ahead of their scheduled date. You could track the package movement every step and kudos to FedEx. This is the second time I M experiencing their prompt and precise service. Well done, you feel safe with FedEx service.

Will my package be here this Monday the 20 th - still haven't gotten it - I'll be out this Monday morning at a doctors appointment & leave package with the security desk entering the building - I'll pick it up when I get back & but do leave it there thank you miguel figueroa 708
