I got an email tell me my package was delivered. And I found it an 1/8th mile from my house next to mail box in the weeds! I want to file a complaint against the driver.

FedEx has broken our equipment and charged us for air freight then taken 6 days to arrive and still charged us the air freight price. We sent 4 boxes to Greenville SC from Denver - suppose to be overnight took 6 days - they all charged us $2300 lost the client because FedEx didn't come thru and then had the nerve to rip us off also. Not surprised to see they do this to lots of folks. They'll eventually go the way of Sears as these things always end the same way. Tick off enough people and eventually it'll bite you. Brian

Never shows up on Time my packages always get stuck in California for at least a week if I'm lucky. I've paid for faster shipping and it dosnt make a difference!

My item was in KY, then shipped to Illinois, then to Mississippi, then back to KY, then to Alabama and still has not been delivered to me in Tennessee. What the heck is up with FedEx? I thought the company was owned by a Marine! Did he sell out or what? Worst logistics ever!!!

It started on a Monday it's now Sunday of the same week, the FedEx wants a signature for my package I talked to the seller, they told FedEx to drop the package at my door. I talked to customer service three times in a row 3 days in a row gave him my neighbor's address put a sign on my door and they all said they'll drop the package at my door and it hasn't happened yet. Their customer service Representatives lie to you, they are one of the slowest and disgusting shippers I have ever come across. It's a sad thing when you can't get a shipping company to deliver the required items that they are assigned to do. If I was the seller and I informed them of my situation, they said I wasn't the first to have a problem with FedEx. And they were going to consider switching carriers. They give you the runaround is the worst carrier in the world

Terrible service, an express shipment was paid on Wednesday from Mexico to the United States and today is Saturday and the package is still detained in Mexico, a great disappointment

My package was not delivered. I called and they said it was delivered to the wrong address and I have not heard back from the carrier. FedEx should take screenshots of deliveries like most companies do these days. Maybe the truck driver took it. Who knows.
