I am also disappointed. I downloaded the app and more. I was so happy when I was notified that my mattress would be delivered earlier than scheduled. It would arrive today, Sat before 8:00 pm. So all day I waited, I checked, I waited. The truck hasn't moved from Connecticut for 3 days. Yet it continues to report that I'll get it today. I have a bad back and have now wbeen w/o a mattress for over a week. Early my __.

We actually have no complaints about the delivery. It came when expected. The package was delivered to our door and the box was not damaged in any way. I am fine with the fact that the shipment wasn't "overnite" as most people expect because the tracking information was accurate and with the size and weight of the shipment, it was probably less expensive for the seller to ship it this way. Seller took extra care in how our item was packaged, so I am very pleased overall.

I am paying you for a service which you did not provide as agreed. Do you refund shipping costs when this happens?

FedEx not very good service as before has become very disgraceful not delivering packages on time especially to my elderly aunt in Canada

My order was apparently delivered to my residence at 3:11 pm. No package at my apartment residence. All I get is it was delivered. Can’t track the vehicle to see if it was delivered to the correct residence. Just sit and wait.. now I know why I go to the store to buy my stuff. Terrible service!

Brother sent me a package from Washington to Louisiana supposed to be delivered on Friday…got a notification on Friday it was across the river in the next city in transit….Saturday evening it’s still across the river….same town…still in transit…someone needs to check on that driver…he’s lost

I'd give zero stars if that was an option. This us the second time I've had an order shipping with fedex that I was told it would be here 1 day then it didn't come, then they can't seem to find it! Fedex is horrible!

If I could possibly give it a zero I would. The driver drove past the open gate where the mailboxes and the house number is went to our second gate that was closed and dropped it on the ground so it could sit there all night in the rain because nobody knew it was there because it was sitting behind a car so it takes a real genius to pass up a open gate with a house number to deliver it to a non-listed gate that is closed then drop it on the ground so we can sit in the rain all night long. Thank you very much for mis-handling my order, you should be trained or retrained in customer service on how to deliver a package this is absolutely unacceptable horrible.

One notice said " arriving today" while a 2nd noted "enroute but in Kansas." What's up FedX? This is the 2nd time in 2 wks that this has happened!

Clearly the drivers and package movers do not scan the packages. Or do not care if they do. My package shows to still be in Phoenix AZ. Delivery date is today, I am in ND..

2-3 day delivery somehow delayed a week in fair weather.

I have nothing good to say this is the second time I have made a purchase through Walmart and Fedex has marked the item is delivered at the side door. That is not true Fedex never came to my street at all so I do not want to hear check with a family member or neighbors because I was outside during the so called time of delivery.
