I could walk a package faster than these clowns deliver, the driver we have is too lazy to come up driveway, has left package on the ground at end of driveway or at the abandoned house down the road, worse delivery company ever to be in business, i have complained but no change. Don’t use them unless no other choice.

This is the worst service in the whole world they tell me five days and it's been 2 weeks already and growing it just sitting in the one of their hubs growing old it's absolute they're absolutely terrible and I'm totally pissed off with their

Delivery service is awful. Will no longer order from any company that uses FedEx to ship. Never received one item. Now, waiting on a birthday gift for someone. Was supposed to be delivered yesterday, a Friday. No update whatsoever. In transit since Wednesday. WTH. Worst company to ever use.

To much days for delivery

Delivery with FedEx is garbage.

Clearly one of the slowest and worst delivery options out there. Do not use if you need a package in a hurry. It won’t arrive on time, unfortunately.

The driver that we have in Frederick is horrible, totally nasty, doesn’t care about how he delivery the item, disrespectful, but the company doesn’t care about the clients, don’t use FedEx go for UPS much better

Wish I could do less than 1 star. FedEx is awful. Good thing they did away with the phrase "When it absolutely, positively has to be there overnight. "They can't even get it here in 3 weeks

Very poor service,my package has been showing in the same area for over a week.When I contacted them they said it is moving through the system.That a big joke,they just don't want to say they have no idea where it's at

I am still waking for my package. It has been sitting in Modesto. CALIFORNIA for 3 days. I could of driven down there and back to Washington in less time! Why is it still sitting?

I know things aren't as easy as they used to be, however, if you can't deliver packages by the date you think they should be delivered by, maybe your company should be showing the actual most likely date of delivery. Now, disappointed that my package didn't arrive by the last date forecasted, think I might choose a different company to ship items that I send out.
