To much good service!!!

My package is in Holland for 3 days and still not reaching my home!! From Florida to France no problem, but in Holland it’s terrible please do something about that.

I ordered a package given a delivery date and that date changed 2 times after that hopefully it will come today. Bad customer service

My package travelled from Toronto to Baltimore, to Crofton, now it's in Memphis TN. I live in Largo MD. The package was supposed to be delivered on the 16th. I signed up for email alerts and have ret to receive any information on my package. I have to do my own tracking. I'm not using this service anymore.

Fed Ex is the worst service ever People if you use FedEx you are wasting time and money My package for my elderly aunt suppose to reach this past Monday and still has not reached to them It is not like I sent millions of dollars or jewelry to my aunt but necessary items to alleviate her pain My aunt very much sick in Canada I would think twice before using FedEx ever again Better to send normal mail using the postal system rather than FedEx

Terrible service. My package picked up 7 days ago .. still not delivered. Shows no updates since Wednesday. Been rescheduled twice now. Never use FedEx!! USPS much faster and either early or ontime delivery!! FedEx is about to ruin Father's Day for our family..they have the gifts we order but only God knows where they are!!!

Package & product was damaged by rough handling...had to order again... Hopefully next package will be better handled this time...

Been waiting for this package for several days now and it went all around the state is was to be delivered in. Then the package was shipped all around the town that it was to be delivered to. FedEx couldn’t explain why this was happening nor could they explain why it went through the town that it was to go to when it was passed between a couple of their stations. All they could do was to explain/state the same information that the tracking number was showing. Not the first time that FedEx has messed up shipping a package. Very poor service!

What is up with Fed Ex? Ordered an item that was located in KY. It was first sent to Illinois, then to Indiana. The destination is Tennessee! Very poor transportation management in my view. I still do not have my item!

Fedex never attempted to deliver my parcell. I live in a building so they have to buzz to get and I never had any missed calls n from the buzzer. You need much more reliable drivers because this is totally ridiculous!!!!! It happens all the time. You need to have repercussions for drivers who do this. Check how frequently items are actually delivered or if there's a certain address they never deliver to.
