Very well done, and fast.

Recently ordered an item from Sao Paulo Brazil, purchase date 30/05/22, collected by Fedex on 31/05/22, given an estimated delivery date of 08/06/22. It eventually took 8 days to travel to Stanstead UK, about 10,500 miles, it then took another 7 days to travel 322 miles from Stanstead to Cumbria! It would have been quicker to walk to Stanstead! The only good part of the experience is that the package arrived eventually with only a few dents.

I think it’s too notch service, especially when something is coming from over seas.

FEDEX staff MISSED MY WEDDING DRESS and didn't give me any satisfaction. I paid a lot for shipping, I took out insurance and it didn't help.. Unfortunately MY WEDDING DRESS WAS AND NOW I'M HERE WITH LEGS AND HANDS TIED ???? My wedding is next month and I don't have my dress

I was informed via email that my package was delivered i am yet to be in receipt of that package. There is no mistake in leaving it anywhere else because I am at a hotel. FedEx where is my package?
