Did not receive all 3 boxes...only two. Frustrating trying to talk with someone who can help.

Packages are always days behind of estimated delivery.

Never on time, and delivery stats are never accurate. Do yourselves a favour, request UPS or DHL delivery.

Fed ex service has completely tanked! They need to replace those on top Sitting on their bums and not managing their business! Service has been declining sharply for the last 12 months

Delivery states attempted... left a sticky note on door with only attempt date made... not my door attempted front or back... no time... arrived earlier than 9am to deliver when i checked and had not even stated out for delivery on tracking website....

Overnight lol. More like OvernightS. 2 times in 3 weeks it has missed by more than a day. One package from over a month ago still hasn't shown up. Fed ex can't find it. I'm fed up

Packaged arrived in 3 days in great condition. Very happy with care and delivery.

The package was lost, reappear and is now lost again, all within a 30 mile radius. FedEx considers themselves a world class delivery company?

Two weeks now parcel got damaged and no reply as yet ,talk to 6 agents and still nothing.Not satisfy ?

I am happy with the parcel I sent from Canada to Nigeria got delivered although late but that is expected. Great part of it is that I was able to track it and see the route until destination. Thank you FEDEX. Keep it up.
